It's a monster in Ireland or something. It's supposedly a water like dinosaur. Pics have been taken of it, but it's debateable if it's real or not .

Alright guys, phone's been dead for awhile. Weighed in at 5 o'clock exactly. 219.2

Immediately had 32 oz of diluted gatorade. Max & Ermas: Coke, apple juice, water, steak, three orders of potatoes. And a banana creme pie. Now drinking some pre and getting ready to get a pump going.

I thought I knew all there was to know about cutting. I didn't know shït. I didn't even need the sauna. 245 to 220 next time!

Went in, squatted 135, unracked 295 mono style, benched 135, pulled 225, GMs with 135, curls, pressdowns, lat pulldowns, pullaparts, OHP with the bar. Broke a sweat, broke down the massive food baby (I tried to take a picture at a rest stop, it was incredible).

Breaking a sweat made life amazing, doing those higher reps popped the veins in my arms, we are good to go.

Only had one meal and a boatload of fluids. Could use another meal before we bed down. Going to need to continue to replenish tomorrow morning. My guess is between 229 and 232. I'm not gonna cheat you guys and stop eating after I fall in range. I want to step on the platform at 238.

Oh no, I didn't drop it. I should have said I was food pregnant, but I gave birth to no food baby.

IMMODIUM. IMMODIUM. IMMODIUM. FTW. It just sat in my stomach for an hour, and when I started moving around and sweating, it all went to my extremities.
 
235.5 in the parking lot. Shoes, hoody, t shirt, tank, jeans, socks, undies. So 229 to 232 is accurate. Gonna have one more meal tonight, just some pancakes and syrup.

Anthony squatted 475, Crystal squatted 225. Crystal just smoked 150 on bench and she's going for the PRS Amateur 165 bench record in a minute, 175.
 
Lol. You're acting like you're not the four thousandth person to eat ice cream six inches from my face and make orgasm sounds to make me feel like shït. This ain't my first rodeo, buddy. I was 12 years old the first season I had to cut weight. Probably why I only grew three inches the rest of my life.

LOL friggin preach. I actually laughed. That's EXACTLY what people do to me. I ended up getting pissed, though, and being the heavyweight that I am I went ahead and took it from them and started eating it. They got pissy, I told them not to poke the heavyweight with food. They eventually stopped.

Hit 540. Just didn't have my hips under me today. Warmups were off form and heavy and slow.

Lost my upper back with 505. Which slowed it down a little.

Stalled out just above where my wraps leave with 540 (knees caved) and GM'ed it up. I'll have vids at some point. Missed 555. Form was perfect on 555, hips were engaged, back was there, strength was not. Amazingly, my back feels great, even after having to GM up 540.

PR is a PR, duuude! The cut took my legs, but it won't take my fücking total!

First attempt at 340 rolled out of my hands. I was in the process of murdering it when the weight shifted. I'm used to the weights being clipped tight. I wrapped my wrists with my hand cõcked back for the rest. I actually caught it like a Lilly Pauser. Second attempt 340 smoked. 370 wouldn't go for me. Lowering my opening pull to 475, taking 505 second for a full power deadlift PR, then 520 or 530 depending.
 
Sorry to hear of the mishaps, but still well done man. More PRs!
