HaHa well I tried a bit harder today. Kept my rest time between sets just enough to rollout my knee wraps, wrap myself, and slap my face.

Damnnnn. Now that is how you workout. Looks absolutely brutal.

Thanks bud. The rest of the workout after the squats was just "meh" though

It's cool man, you compete to squat more than the next guy, not do db lunges or RDL with more weight =p

I always believed hitting 2 PRs in a movement was grounds for shutting it down, and you hit anywhere from 2 to 3 depending on how you look at it. It was a job well done!

Hell to the yeah, dude! So you couldn't barf to make weight but you force barfbagged on the squats? Looks like you know what to do next time you're 1.75lbs over, yes?
 
Thinking about finally pulling out the wraps for squats today or tomorrow. Had em collecting dust for a minute now while letting my back heal. Any wrapping advice you can link me? There's a lot out there but you know your stuff better than most. Thanks in advance

I do the "Barea barbell wrap" on YouTube, and I also have a video of me wrapping on YouTube page. I can link ya later if you don't see it. Elite FTS has some wrapping instructions linked on their website.

This video has like 6 different techniques. It is a skill. My new, tougher wraps, are harder to wrap then my soft ones even though they are .5 meters longer.

I stuck with ROM's and movements that didn't cause any discomfort to my AC joint. Wasn't really set on lifting. Just wanted to get some blood movin around. I'll be laying off pressign for a week or so to assess if it's healing or not, then I'll make the appropriate adult calls.

I've done 405x17 and 475x10 no TnG, not sure I can beat those tomorrow with my back back bitch back.
 
First of the year. Just trying to increase volume in my training right now. I always worked up to a heavy set of what I was doing. this is going to be very different.
