I was asked if I knew a good site for someone to get gear. Never met or heard of this person. Is it a good thing or bad to help someone out or am I putting myself in a position I dont need to be..

I'm one of the least paranoid people here. I'll share (off AM of course) where I've "heard" the best sources are. But I sure as hell wouldn't answer a PM about anything illegal from anyone I haven't seen and heard from for years on here. And even if (off AM of course) were to share information, it would not be about any sort of personal history "I" have. Just a "bro" I lift with that talks too much........
 
Thanks for your response, of coarse I am open with friends. but I remember when I had to find my first source. I did lots of homework and bought small orders till I was comfortable with them. something seems fishy about this guy.
