The funniest thing of the whole game was when their kicker missed the third one: the camera cut to Saban on the sidelines, the look on his face was precious. He was like 'I can't believe that boneheaded mother fcker missed it...again.'

2 1/2 pounds ground venison, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. 2 boxes, yes, BOXES of Mac and cheese. Cook, mix together and divide by 5. Oh yeah, and a dozen eggs, don't forget the dozen eggs.

And on a separate note, I gotta decide on picking up a squat suit in the next few hours. I've decided on a 46 jack. Might as well be orange all the time. I fit in 2/3 of the measurements for a 46, that's what they say to go with...

i've went from raw to geared in 48 hours, but for about 1/2 price. shirt and suit = $402. both new are $710.

Late to the conversation (thank AM for unsubbing me to this thread), but as a guy who doesn't like watching football, even I was both impressed and entertained by the AL/Auburn game.

I decided to go back to where I'm comfortable, the same 531 for pl template I was doing before:

I'll do this until I change gyms, which hopefully will be around the beginning of the year.

PT is starting to get difficult, which is a good thing. I think the ATC's and PT's I'm working with are having fun now trying to challenge me for the hour I'm there.

Today's addition was me doing air squats with my feet on these like 12 inch square rubber like pillow things. I'm sure troop can relate :)

A lot of balance stuff, they tell me I have weak peroneals - they run down the side of each leg - you f.ags prolly have weak peroneals too. It's a stabilizer.
 
I never run so I probably have weak peroneals.

I have been practicing more unilateral work, though, lately. I dont know how those affect the peroneals.

Got the squat suit today, now I'm ready for war...if I could only get it over my ass :(

need to buy suit slippers (or trash bags)

put it in the leggings, use plenty of baby powder or talcum, you can also wet the seams

get up what you can, put the straps on something and dangle and kick, cliff hanger style

then waddle around to hike it up

Yeah I've seen guys do it a million times, I'm just shocked how stiff it is.

For the shirt I'm just gonna cut the sleeves off of an old shirt I have.

I'm gonna have to pick up some slippers for the squat suit...
 
Plastic Wal Mart bags are so much better. Don't care what anyone says. Already have a zillion of those things, and I can't get fcking slippers out from under my stuff. The one time I did, I tore a buddy's slipper. You tear the bag, who cares?

You have it easy with the velcro straps. Put a bar in the rack, wrap em around and do your dangle. With hard straps, I put em on a bench upright and twerk. I've jacked my back more than once off of those stupid benches. And then I jack my toe because Chucks are not a good choice of footwear for kicking a bench.

Ok, I'll try it. I read somewhere, I think EFS, and the dude soaked them in a Downey/water mix for a couple days, rinsed the Downey out and ran them through the washer w just water to soften them up a little.

Thoughts?

No idea. I've always used the spray bottle/inflatable ball method. Could be interesting, but I wonder if that would affect the carryover or void the warranty. I'm betting it'll get over your ass just fine once you get a couple people to help.

I've been skimming EFS articles. I've seen the spray bottle method, and I'll put one in my gym bag for sure. I've also seen hanging the jack shirt in a mono w 500 lbs on it for a couple days. I don't think I want to do that...

Dang. Wish I'd have known that for that Rage I gave Sean. I'd have been able to use it with great success. There's so much shît to learn about gear it's ridiculous. I'm glad I didn't, though. Got back to raw training and now I have a better base and I'll get a better shirt with a better size to it when I'm ready.
 
I've been doing a full frontal assault on the innerwebz for articles on both the jack shirt and suit. Other than EFS there's not much out there other than some you tube vids...
 
They definitely are the best. Speaking of them, I'll be visiting there again next Friday. :)

I checked out a couple meets in ohio earlier this year. The APF does a lot of meets around there.

Fck dude, like I need a reason to to go to EFS. Id have to leave all cash and cards at least 100 miles away...
