who gets dog after breaking up?

so without going into uber detail, who gets the damn dog?

i paid the adoption fee
i pay the pent rent
i pay the vet bills

these are all recorded truths. if it came down to a custody hearing, would these be factual evidence and award me custody of my dog? im keeping him no matter what anyone says because he is mine. even if that means sending him to my brothers untill i move out
 
I would say yes.
If it came to court, do you have time for your dog during the work week? Who is moving out? You? Her?

both moving. shes moving out, im moving because i cant afford livig here by myself. and yea i take care of my dog 90% of the time
 
Sounds like if it got to that point that you would be awarded the dog. Sorry for your hardship man.
 
Well hopefully you find a place before her and then you have somewhere to take care of the dog.
I kicked an ex out once and she stuck me with her cats. I hate cats.
I eventually got rid of them though.

Eventually? That would have taken me one day. And I like cats.

Would it bother you to eat your ex's cats? My thoughts are that it depends on the seasoning used.
