I'm going to get some slack on my form in this video.

2. I am working out some tightness/knots in my shoulder due to some built up issues.

it's not full ROM all the time which people like to immediately chime in about.
thanks for the support though. 110s do suck. I couldnt stabilize the 135s a few months ago, thus the shoulder issue
