Stopped cycle due to gyno lumps, need advice from here

Hey I'm new to this site just looking for some advice on my next step, I was doing my first cycle which was a test e cycle at 400mg split 2x/week, stupidly I didn't run an AI with this only nolva and clomid on hand for my pct and had no issues till the 11th week when I started to get sore nipples and felt a small lump under both of them, I got straight into my nolva and have stopped my cycle just to be safe.
Been taking the nolva at 20mg per day which has stopped the lumps from increasing and subdued the soreness, at this point I seem to have control of it just need to no where I should go from here. This Thursday will be 2 weeks since last injection so main question is how should I move forward into my pct?
Also I've ordered some letro as I've read that's the most preferred way to reverse the lumps, thanks in advance to anyone with some help
 
start letro at 1.25 for 3-4 days, bump it up to 2.5. once the lumps are gone stay on it for 7 days. followed by your regular pct regimen. letro seriously kills libido, you might wanna pick up some cialis if you plan on using you schnitzel.
 
Thanks for the reply, should I stop the nolva once I start the letro then get back on the nolva for the rebound? Also pct is due to start in 10 days should I start with the clomid then or wait till the letro has done its job

Stop nolva and run letro until lump goes away slowly adding nolva back in as you ramp down the letro
 
I developed puffy sensitive nips this summer... So bad my wife told me I had 12 year old girl nipples. Didn't come off of the heavy cycle, but did run Nolvadex with Proviron and after a month and a half it was completely gone.
 
Yeah I'm currently on nolva and proviron waiting for my letro to turn up, pain has reduced a lot and lumps have remained the same maybe even shrunk abit, I ordered some Formeron after researching it so gunna drop the nolva and start it today and see how it goes. If no improvement ill get into the letro once it turns up
 
We'll just an update guys, I've been using Formeron for the last couple of weeks and nolva 20mg a day since I stopped cycle, I got off the proviron once I started the Formeron as it kinda cancels the proviron out, anyway pain reduced in nipples but lumps are still there but thankfully they haven't gotten any worse since I stopped cycle.

Started my letro today at .5mg gunna stay at that for another 2 days then go to 1.25mg for a week and see how I go, will keep u updated

X2 also pick up something for your joints the letro is going to dry them out.
 
Nolva won't hurt while you are on Letro.

If gyno is stubborn use Nolva because it competes with estrogen in breast tissue.

Meanwhile Letro will lower your estro, but it's function is reversible. So you will need to taper off and possibly run some Exemestane.

IME - just run Nolva and Exem. No rebound gyno. No Letro sides.
