Alright guys, so I started my alpha20 cycle Monday and upped to 40mg yesterday, worked out arms, great workout. Now today I woke up with left hand feeling extremely weak like I can barely hold the remote up. Also my arm cramped up like crazy last night.l after workout. Anyone experience this? Oh and I took 2 scoops of tremor by shredded labs pwo

Are you drinking enough water?

i was thinkin that it was this, i didnt drink as much as i usually do yesterday. today i started drinkin more and i can grip a dumbbell a little better but i still cant touch my pinky with my ring finger. bicep still hurts a little also toward the elbow end but not as bad as yesterday. maybe over trained it? i did do extra workouts cuz i felt real strong in the gym

I doubt you overstrained. It actually takes alot more than you think to really overtrain... And you're on PHs so I really doubt it. Just keep drinking water and it should go away

For sure, appreciate it guys. Never had this issue with any other phs. Tomorrow is gonna be the meal of the year and wish all of u a happy thanksgiving, devour that meal

Something similar happened to me when I ran m1t, its common.
I couldn't supinate both hands cause my wrist were so tight. And had trouble getting my kungfu g I Jo grip on.

I found stretching to help. I just rode it out and it went away after a week or so.
Once your body adapts.
