DangerDave's Long Azz Cycle before Contest Prep

Ok guys I just got done talking doseages with my coach. (I am actually flying in a plane right now back to NC, WIFI in planes is fuking titties!) Here is what we came up with and I start tonight/tommorrow morning.

Weeks 1-3 Sust 700mg EW
Weeks 4-7 Sust 1050mg EW
Weeks 8-10 Sust 1.4g EW

Weeks 1-4 Mast P 50mg EOD
Weeks 5-10 Mast P 100mg EOD

Weeks 1-4 Tren A 100mg EOD
Weeks 5-10 Tren A 150mg EOD

GH is being run at 3iu right now for another month. 1.5iu immediately upon waking up and another 1.5iu around noon. I will bump to 4iu in 30 days and hold there FOREVER haha

HCG is being run Tue/Thur 500iu all the way from now to contest

Caber is .25mg 2x EW

Letro is going to be used we are starting at 1mg E3D and dialing it in with blood work.

Slin is being used as well as T3 for keeping my thyroid running right BUT I am not discussing that here. For safety reasons and for my coaches protection of his protocols.
 
dude , your looking tiny. you need to put in some work. if you could add something right now what would it be? androl, EQ 600mg/ml, Tren E any compound or compounds, just what would you like that you dont have
 
need to see the legs bro, i believe that was one of the weeks spots. yoru shoulders have come along nicely. id try and get your traps a little bigger but it might just be the angle. how are the lats, wing span wise.

I mean he has been involved in this much longer than me and has got guys pretty far. I pay him because he knows more than me so I will listen haha (wether I agree or not).

I ran Sust once and my body did well so we will see.

During this 10 weeks we are packing on mass in weak areas and maturing my muscle from the bulk in afgan while trying to stay under 12%.

Next cycle I will use Prop leading up to my show throughout the cut.

Wait till you see the nudes this weekend. I am pretty proportional now. My weak points have improved soooo much. The fact I was able to do it in Afghan with minimul resources makes me feel this will be a very productive 10 weeks.

awesome, well i got up to 240 at 10%, got sick and im at 210 @ 6% today. i just started a bulking blast. i dont like being at 6% im going to get back up to 225-230 and want to be around 8-10%

well dave ive been following you for around 2 years. so i guess you can count this monkeyhead meatroid in. i still think you need to run tren E that second 10-12 week'r. with winny(10 weeks) and low test. you might have to lower the GH cause i dont think youll have enough test to keep the numbness at bay.

600mg of tren e (1g if you got enough *****)
100mg of winny ed (might do 50mg the first 4 weeks, then 3 weeks of 75, then 3 weeks of 100) liver will be hurt'n
250mg test cyp ew (i prefer cyp) 125mg might be too low.

low test will keep you dry, tren will make you stuiped dumb ripped. winny be the icing, if you dont hit 3% with that you need to quit lifting and start sucking dicks

instead of winny only, you could do 75mg of winny and 75mg of anvar. anvar is expensive but anvar/tren makes you super strong plus all that winny at 3-4% BF is going to hurt your joints so bad. might be worth it to suck it up and shell out the money and just run 150mg of anvar ed for 12 weeks.

i'd like to see that log.

No preworkout from the start. Total its about 250g of carbs and 100g of protein plus the Bcaa, glutamine etc all in my 4 hour window followed by 5 eggs, veggied and protein at 4 hour mark.

Had a couple people comment and ask what I am taking. My pump is beyond unreal. Plus I am at 3iu GH ed about to bump to 4iu.

My body is a furnace too with slin, gh, sust, tren and mast. I blow through 4k calories like its nothing.
