Dude have you guys heard of vitabeard? This sounds goofy as ****, but my buddy swears by it. He said it made his hairs grow in thick as hell.
 
What about Toco 8? I've accepted being bald/balding/shaving my head (even though there's no history of MPB in my family) Heard that stuff was good for hair.

Looks like most HSN products. It's like a multi-ish type product with some horsetail and MSM(which are both dirt cheap).

If you can't find TOCO8(PP product?) Tocosorb by Jarrow is similar.

Bench: 3x6- 185

Holy shyt, this felt good. Bar speed is the best it's ever been. I've got a video to prove it.

Standing OHP: 135x5x2- Easy

Cable side lateral: 20x15x3- tempo based

Weighted WG pull ups: 5x3 w/25

Rolling DB tri extension: 35x8x3

Straight bar curl: who caresX15x4

Final deload day. Thank lawd Jesus. Heavy ass singles coming Monday. Retard mode engage.

Week 9: Conjugate max day

Remember when I said I was only going to box squat because of my hip? Yeah, about that. If I can work through it and feel like I'm not doing any additional harm than that's what I'm going to do.

Front squat: 335x1 (20lb PR)

Not bad for not squatting in almost two weeks and eating a combined 5,000 calories the last two days probably. Scary to think what I would have gotten under ideal circumstances.

Reverse band deadlift:
405x5
455x3
495x1

Goodmorning:
225x6
245x6
275x6x2 (PR)

I don't know what the hell got into me on these, I've never gone this heavy and these weren't even that challenging.

Unilateral leg press: 15x3- 100lbs

I did a BB style on these. Took zero rest between each leg and got a good pump going. I desperately need to add mass to my lower body. When I put on that singlet, I want tree trunks.

Banded hamstring curl SS reverse hypers: 15/30x2

Great day to be in the gym. The biggest thing I've noticed is that I was 100% not getting my glutes activated before. Holy ****, the difference it makes.
 
I'm hesitant to post the video. As herder would say, I look like a retard humping a football. Not to mention I squeeled like a French whore.

Week 8: ME Bench

Lilly pause:
305x1 (smoked)
315x1

Alright, I'm going to post a video to show that I am capable of making a phucking adaption. Ass stayed on the bench the entire time. I'm not going to count 315 as a PR because I didn't pause long enough. Probably only a second as opposed to the 305 3". I can't count this as a PR because this is my first single on pausers. But, without a doubt I couldn't have done this before.

Lilly pause backdown: 255x3x1- looong pauses

Seated MP:
135x8
165x7- Lilly pausers smoked me

Seated low cable row SS band pull aparts: 15/25x5

Tate press:
50x8x2
55x8

Had to leave by then to get to work. I'm finishing the rest tmrw. Strength is most definitely on the up and up.
 
If you wrapped those toes under you could probably add 15 pounds to your bench. No butt rise but you can see your hips wana move. If you were tight and using that pop to start the bench off you'd be golden. That said very solid press man.
 
Thanks guys. Conjugate is treating me very well. This has been the fastest strength increases in the past few years.

Country, I tried that before and it made my ass lift more prominent. I'll try it a bit different Friday on DE day. Can't hurt to give it the old college try.
 
Gota go far enough that you're restin on your crotch/but w legs tucked behind up on toes. Or go feet in front more which I've seen as well. As you are bench is great and much better today I just know you could be Stronger with more leg drive.
 
Smokage! You stopped that bugger cold, that's a rare feat. I think you tucked plenty. If you don't tuck enough, you aren't gonna catch the weight an inch off of your chest, I promise. My buddy had massive struggles with the Lillys and he blows us out of the water. He doesn't carry the weight in his lats at all. You do a fantastic job with it.

As far as butt on the bench, I think the bench might just be too low. It seems tiny.
