And he's doing a good job of that, considering he placed second last year in the WSM, edged out in the last event by Zydrunas Savickas.

He was ridiculously BA though. He was born for that though, his dad was one hell of an oly lifter too.

I guess you gota do something to kill those weights..... never thought it'd be coke. Hahaha. Still all personal things aside. He's the man.

I was just thinking about it and me and Mariusz actually do have a similar base build, other than the fact he is 3-4 inches taller. I wish I had got the taller genes in my family... someone ended up the shorter of me and my brother by about 3 inches. And the fact he has about 120 pounds on me.
 
Some kind of weird calf strain when I woke up this morning... I don't have a clue where it came from. Trying to ease it up before deload squats today.

Just had some senior EXPH kid try to tell me that you shouldn't have tight abs during the bench, and that you only have stability through fluid ball/valsalva.... Then I ripped him a new one and explained that the fluid ball can be achieved through tight abs/diagphram and the valsalva wouldn't even be used for rep bench anyways... and that I was originally refering to full body tightness from the arch and how you have tension through your legs and core up to your traps, allowing maximum leg drive... but since he wanted to go there, I went there. On facebook to boot. I like how everyone thinks they have to be a hero on the internet. When in real life they lift half of what you do.


Oh and it was the finaflex stack.

Yep that part would be cool. We do Mma club som of my friends that fight instruct it. Same principle.


I haven't uploaded a selfie in a while and don't take many... But beard is looking good and I'm growing a lot. IMO I look a bit bigger than a few months ago. Gaining weight too...

Lookin' thick and juicy, lol. I am 5'8.5" and you look quite a bit larger than me when I weigh 185 or so. My arms look like yours, all forearm and tris (the bicep of the back side, lol). Respect.

Once I start my log, I will post some pics. Lean and mean at 165 right now, but look heavier, somehow, some way.

Sub'd to learn. Will initiate my own log once I recover from this brutal case of bronchitis/sinusitis, and get back to the gym, where I largely confine myself to the purple, pink, and neon green DBs.

P.S. That beard is hella tight. My first concert was ZZ Top, in 1984, aging myself. You're there with yours!

Some kid just told me that he started his first cycle of HGH 6 days ago... what do I say to him. Like hi-5? He's 215 and lifts about 70% or less on everything I do.... I don't know a ton about the stuff but I know some... I wonder if it's even legit. Like I've never actually had someone say that to me.

So basically, he lifts his rod and balls? ;) That's pretty weak titty. He should be shooting test, if anything, but first earn it, by training hard and eating properly.

Well you do have big numbers for kids our age IMO man. But youse right. And hgh? Why no aas? A very odd choice on his part.

I've heard some good things about Superdrol. I don't mess with orals though. Tried Epi for 20 days, and it gave me fitful and relentless pain. Terrible.

Well, they both are for human growth in a sense, and affect you hormonally, lol. That kid needs to hit the books more than the gym. He probably thinks TUDCA is something that you wear, and Siliphos something silly.

Jinxie, what's siliphos? I've never heard of that.

A standardized extract of milk thistle, bioflavionoid complex bound to phosphatidylcholine, for liver health. Study tested formulation. Very spendy, but effective. I wouldnt run a methylated oral without it. It's like the equivalent of the Meriva formulation of curcumin. Much more bioavailable.

But like I said, I dont do oral, well except for on my Chinese dish.
 
Gona do a little body day today, not sure what I wana focus on. Gona hit mobility and form on all 3 lifts with super light weight, stretch, some pull ups etc. Gona spot my buddy Bill today on bench.

Sounds like an all n one deload ... Good luck with it. I like those workouts. Usually not too worn out, feel accomplished and get a good pump. Go git r dun.

It amazes me how different weights/movements feel. Being at my old gym, the bench felt amazing, the deads felt good, and I found a really nice squat stance that I kept almost completely upright in and very stable... which I haven't been able to do. I didn't get to use any serious weight but, I have a feeling it's gona be good. I actually brought my feet in just outside of shoulder width, but still getting the knees outside the feet, and really sitting down into myself and opening the hips. Awesome. If the gym I do this meet at even has half decent equipment compared to my gym at school, I should kill my PRs.

Thanks jinxie. It was mostly to hit some patterning for the big 3 and focus on some little things I have let come up in my form, as well as get the blood flowing and get some recovery going on.

So back was feeling good where I had the pinch in my lumbar/erector. But got a little locked up this evening. Meshed and stretched and it was better like right away. Thinking it could be a lat insertion on a lower rib. That's what it feels like as it's so far over. Not near the spine. But could be many things.

Didnt Deload bench. Back hurt all day and cleared up pre workout w some stretch heat and mesh.

Bench - warm up, 225x3 255x3 290x3 PR. Did tweak my shoulder a little though. 255x5 135x7.

Db bench - 60x7, 80x7,7,10

Chin up-15,12,10

Db row -80x7,20

Db skulls. 35x10,12,15

I was surprised I hit a PR because I wasn't feeling amazing on the first two sets. But I got it. And the bar drifted on last rep bad. With better form I could have hit 4.
