So I'm coming to the end of my first run. Just wanted to post and make sure I'm not a complete idiot and messing up, after all it's all about maintainz these days...
Ran halo 50/75/75/75/75 -gained 9-10lbs and down a bit of bf. I had planned to run for 6 weeks so I have some left over but I'm pretty happy w the gains just want to keep them and save some for next run or... just finish the six weeks
Planned PCT starting Sunday
Reintroduce creatine 5g pre & post workout
Clomid 40/40/20/20 - should I dose higher? 50/50/25/25
DAA - 5g ED - 4 weeks
MAN sports PR-XT - rec dose 6 weeks ( have enough for 8)
MAN Sports Nolvadren XT- rec dose 6 weeks ( have enough for 8)
Should I wait to start the MAN sports product or run w the clomid & DAA
