If I feel good around week 5 I may bump it to 3 gallons a day. Training will consist of lifting heavy ****.

I do have Questions. What are the recommended support supps and do I need a serm for pct? Will a otc pct be good enough? What gains should I expect? Any chance of gyno?

I've looked around and it doesn't look like PHF or NP are selling it yet. What's the release date?

You logging this, rphash49? Do we know the half life or best time of day for dosing?

I've only read to start with 1g to assess tolerance and to expect more frequent urination.

Yes I think I should def log this one. I might start at the 1g just to make sure I can handle it. Not sure on the half life. I've looked on PubMed for " half life of h2o" and I get nothing.
 
The sides at 5/gl/day were unbearable. Your dosage looks right on.

Lmao yes at 5g a day the sides or feeling of drowning would be unbearable. I read on the internet that you can actually drown by taking in to much h2o. They should put that as a warning on the bottle or the FDA might put it on the controlled substance list.
