I am currently toying with it from both MAN sports PR-XT and just plain old PES Anabeta. I've taken Anabeta Elite as well. What is the max dosage that is still worth taking and getting decent results from?? Just curious to see how much some of you have taken...

I did 6 caps OG Anabeta for a while, so 4800mg. Not sure if I saw that much of an improvement over 4 caps.

If taking ABE, I usually throw in a cap of OG daily.

6 caps for me was no better than 4 as wel, at least not notably so.
 
6 is the most that would be recommended, and even then (as noted by many) 4 seems to be the best bang for your buck dosage. :)
 
Agreed with no need going above 4 caps per day.
 
Someone told me they used 9 per day so I tried it to see if there was any reason why he would.

6 for me is the noticeable upper limit. If I didn't have it in abundance I would use 4. 4 is the dose I used on the beta test and loved it at 1 capsule QID.
 
I have used 4/day and 6/day. 4/day seems the way to go, but it doesn't hurt to try 6 and see if it doesn't work better for you.
 
Wana throw a quick question in here. I work out fasted (other than my pre workout). Would it be better to keep it 2 pre and 2 post. Or better to do 2 post and 1 &1 throughout the day

You could try both and see what works best for you. I personally would go 2/2.
 
Not sure if I woukd reap the full benefits off an empty stomach

I've dosed with food and without, results were the same for me. Taking pre-workout will add some extra benefit in the gym also.

Correct. I've done IF before and ran Anabeta for the full 8 weeks this way.

But like I said, everyone is different. You could try it for yourself and see if you like it, or try the way you feel would be best for you.
 
I take mine pre-workout regardless of if I am fasted or not. I prefer it pre-workout, but some prefer it with food, so you can feel free to experiment with different dosing schemes. :)
