I'm giving an informative speech on steroid alternatives in my public speaking class, I wanted to know you alls opinion and experience from running a PH from 4 weeks and 8 weeks. For a weaker one like epistane vs a stronger one like msten. Any feedback would be great. Thank you.

Epistane is a steroid .....so this speech is flawed and doomed for failure :D

I'm a bit confused on what the overall message your trying to portray with your speech? Steroid alternatives? If you are speaking about pro hormones then this is the exact misconception that you should be speaking about in your speech. PH's and DS like havoc, epic, and msten are already active oral steroids.

I can't tell you how many times I have heard this explanation of what a pro hormone is.

"Bro Epistane is like a steroid. It's a chemical compound that is one molecule away from being an active steroid and they attach it to an alcohol molecule so it's technically legal. Once you swallow it, it passes through your liver which breaks it down and converts it into an active steroid. Fist pump!"

That is why there is so much confusion surrounding pro hormones. Something that would be considered more of a "steroid alternative" would be something like DHEA or a precursor to a pro hormone which if I'm not mistaking companies like FinaFlex makes and sells.

Seeing as it's a public speaking class I'd rather spend the time informing the class on the importance of a proper diet and training regiment because that's where most people tend to fail at when trying obtaining their desired goals.

Just my 2 cents, no disrespect intended.

Havoc? It's legal is what I mean.

Well a legal steroid is a steroid nonetheless :D So like the fellow above recommended, I'd tweak the speech's message to something the audience would better understand...steroid alternatives, esp legal steroids, are probably a bad topic for your speech....and whats worse is that 99% of your audience won't know WTF you are talking about anyways (In my college or CC speech classes there were mostly females for whatever reason...and this is the last thing they want to hear about, unless their boyfriend uses the stuff and they want to bust his balls with the info you provide). I did one of my speeches on the whole good fat-bad fat debate and focused on higher fat diets (atkins/no carb....isocaloric, etc.) and I went off on some other diet related tangents. I fcking hate speech class btw, I have been steady avoiding any class that requires speech during 2 associates and 2 bachelors degrees lol....1 1/2 semesters left and I think I'm gonna make it out of there alive with no speeches other than speech class a few years back :D My masters program has very small classes and I know my university uses the internet a lot and does not require many class meetings for masters classes....so I hope not to have to speak there either, or at least only talk to half a class or less lol....

I was explaining to them to stay away from them honestly. Cause of the extreme toxicity and the way some supp companies push them at you without you knowing what all you need along with it. I already gave a speech on the diet and training man. No disrespect taken. :)

Oh, the way you were talking you were advocating using "steroid alternatives" (as in epi and msten) as alternative to "dangerous regular AAS" :D when in fact they are probably equally dangerous, with the PH/DS being even more dangerous due to the well known liver toxicity issues.
