Those Isopure drinks definitely give dry mouth. I haven't had one in forever but the pineapple flavor is good.

It's my goal to weigh 214 by Sunday morning. That's the weight I competed in the 220 with lol

Drank just enough water to mix up Neurosurge (300mg caffeine, 20mg Synepherine, Theobromine) That should keep me pissing good. I have some bulk caffeine I'll drop on my tongue. 200mg at 1200/1600/2000. Epsom salt/75% isopropyl alcohol bath before bed. I think I'll be good for weight.

Weigh in at 198. Would just be funny if my actual weight at competition was 214, because that's what it was when I weighed in at the 220 class at my last one.

Make sure your mix is as hot as you can get it. You should be good for a couple three four pounds just from the bath.
 
The best mix for dropping water weight is as much epsom salt as you can get to dissolve in the water. You want it to really draw it out. I bought a 3-5lb bag and dissolved the whole thing.

I'm thirsty.

Tomorrow I have Chicken Lo Mein, Cheesecake Factory for lunch (buffalo blasts, meatloaf, potatoes, cheesecake) then dinner I have 2 bags of tortilla chips, 2 cans if refried beans, 5 wheat wraps (60g carb each), 3lb ground beef, peanut butter cup ice cream.

I'm excited

It's definitely good for it, man. Just gotta watch when you get out of the tub, you're gonna feel like you don't have the strength to hold yourself upright. I think it's part relaxation, part heavy water loss.

Always weigh in nude! Or drawers. They made a stupid rule a couple years after I graduated that PA wrestlers had to weigh in with drawers on. That's two tenths of a pound! Also, you're effin golden. You could probably float those five pounds and not even worry about the epsom salt bath. Or take the bath in the morning if need be. Spend as little time under weight as possible.

lol if you do the Epsom you are going to come in way under.

If you're 203 now, 200 by bed, sub 198 in the morning...
 
So I've been sidetracked a bit. Competition is this weekend right? You going elite? What fed?

Sunday lift. Goal is Elite, 1475, hence the cut. It's a longshot but a goal nonetheless. I need to hit 9x9, 600/315/560. RPS is the fed. Raw Modern Amateur Open & Military

I think the good one is makeup remover. Aldo-something. Not to be combined with epsom salt.
