Sean's Powerlifting Journey

I'd say no starch, no fruit, no veggies. Just some leafy greens and call it good. Something to clear out the system and keep **** moving, literally, but nothing that wants to bring any water with it.

Bratwurst and chicken for dinner. Maybe some brocolli. Asparagus the next two days

I use my Rehbands to kill stink bugs. I just hang them in the windows after I finish the W/O.
I think they are also skunk and deer repellent...!

I'm really interested in how this works for you.

Yes, same here dude...!

COP and LCLT. Good stuff.

The Government is so poor, our cable is being shut off tomorrow at work lol

Looks like good stuff.

So that or anabeta? Or that mass fx stuff

Completely different type of product. I haven't looked at Mass FX yet.

PeakBeta+, or the ingredients it contains, I use as a staple. Increased endurance/work capacity.

I'm well aware they are different but I don't have the cash flow for all three ;) I can choose one supp and my pre workout. Peak beta does seen good for that. To basically allow your workouts to work for you and be more productive. Interesting concept. If you had to pick one out of them what would you do. Or let me rephrase what would you suggest for me knowing what you do.

Look up effective doses of the ingredients in MassFX and watch the whole sweater unravel.

I'd go with AB if you want one or the other. PeakBeta could double as your prewo though, just throw a caffeine cap in with it

I've been enjoying this product...

Yeah, they have the flavoring down and their products are dosed well too.

Thanks for the input guys. I was planning AB because I did like it once upon a time. I guess it's shopping time!

Today will be the last day of the water load. Sitting at 1.5g so far. I'll try to average 32oz/hour until I go to bed (hopefully not pissing the bed)

Dinner tonight will be a buncha chicken and a small sweet potato.

Tomorrow I'll be down to one gallon of water and zero sodium. Carbs will be below 100. Meal ideas? Crap load if chicken, almonds. Carbs wise-cut out the starch? Fruits & veggies?

Friday I'll have breakfast. Dose 200mg caffeine every 4 hours. Cut out water after 12pm.

Is this the 2 days out? Might want a little more water than that, and not zero sodium but below 1000mg. Day after tomorrow very little water/food right?

I just did hella veggies and protein.

Gotcha yes. Today will be the 2 gal, low carb low sodium

Breakfast: 2 scoops protein powder and peanut butter
Lunch: 12oz plain chicken w/ coconut oil, 1 bundle of asparagus, 1 scoop protein
Dinner: I'll do a rotisserie chicken, salad, who knows what else

Been drinkin a crapload of BCAA's too

Why just saturday?

I'm cutting water weight this week. I ditched creatine thinking it might hold extra water. Saturday morning I weighin dehydrated. Read on one MMA site, and also Matt Kroc on there, mentioned taking 5g of creatine with each meal after weigh-ins.

Honestly it couldn't hurt. How much it will help, who knows but I say go for it]

Word. Doing it.

Had a tight spot on the left glute. Put a 60lb kettlebell in my lap and say on the lacrosse ball.

Tightness gone in 2.2 seconds.

Mobility WOD

Bench Press
135+ mini's x2x6

Circuit
-Unilateral Standing Mini-Banded Press
-Banded Pulldowns
-Minibanded Triple Threats
-AMRAP Axle curl

Thoughts on adding creatine with each meal Saturday?

Get as much as you think your body would handle, just not all at once. I'd max out at like 20g on the day, but keep it well spread and with meals, like you said. Helps with retaining weight, leverages, and of course the standard creatine benefits. Hopefully you're weighing 211-213 by Sunday morning.

I had been taking Green Mag but that might be too much beta-alinine in a day so I'll take my bulk monohydrate instead.

Steak tips, chicken, apsparagus, salad for the rest of the day here. Maybe a rice crisp circle thing my kid eats.

You're ok. Generally speaking, sitting around doing nothing, you'll float a half pound every two hours. You're gonna keep pissing all day tomorrow and should get pretty close.

How funny would it be if you went into the meet heavier than you were before the water load?

That would be EXTREMELY hard. I'd be all for trying it, though. Love me my food.

lol oh well

I'm not worried if I don't make weight. If I'm not close tomorrow night, I'm saying **** it. I'm not gonna do any super drastic measures to lose it.

**** ya

Where the hell do you buy that?

Commisary on base. I've seen it in grocery stores though in either the protein bar isle, or the health food isle.

I used to buy them a lot. It has the same viscosity if water, with the slight taste if grape powerade. It just has this awkward dry mouth type taste.

In other words, it kinda tastes like crap but who cares. It's better than protein powder.
