hdrol worth the $$, or just go with test-e?

i was thinking of running hdrol with a pretty standard protocol:

50/50/75/75/75/75 or 50/75/75/75/75/75(mg/day)
Cycle support
Fish oil
inihibit-p


PCT:
Clomid (Clomiphene)@ 50/50/25/25(mg)
DAA 3/3/3/3/3/3
Erase 0/0/3/3/2/1

Test-e would just be standard dosages and supports.

on cycle:
-500mg/week 10-12 weeks
-aromasin

post cycle:
-clomid
-nolva
-daa

the price comes to about $220+/- for hdrol, $250+/- for test-e cycle. ill be ordering the clomid from a site that sells injectables anyway, but i definitely hate needles and am looking for minimum sides, obviously.

hdrol pros:
-low sides
-results seem inevitable
-easy access
-no injections
-short cycle

hdrol cons:
-lethargy
-have to take liver supps and shouldn't drink

test-e pros:
-better results
-less lethargy

test-e cons:
-injectable
-obvious weight gain
-possible sides tho moderate
-longer cycle
-harder to obtain (if no source)

overall, test-e is the better choice, though it has less pros, they are greater than the pros of hdrol....as far as results are concerned. as far as convenience is concerned, hdrol destroys test-e, but thats a lot for less gains and literally half the length of the cycle.

as a first cycle, i think hdrol is the way to go, but are the results i'll get in 6 weeks worth paying almost as much as 10-12 weeks on test-e? easy and short cycle with results, or more difficult longer cycle with better results.... can't choose
 
I got far less sides on test e. and better gains. But the recovery is easier on hdrol, and of course it's legal so there is that.

Hdrol net some good weight, but some crappy sides. Test e net some better gains and I always feel good on test. But your call, two needles a week ain't all that bad. You get used to it pretty quickly.

that seems to be a popular opinion regarding pinning. the needles aren't too big of a deal (it will suck but whatever) and i've researched the poop out of injection sites so i should be able to handle it.

the main thing is just the length of the cycle on test. if it ends up sucking (doubtful) i'll be eager for it to just be over with. but with hdrol its just *pop pop* for 6 weeks and then easy pct.

But it's true it takes a while to clear, but at least for me, it was a much smoother run. Hdrol was fine but the lethargy got to me and by the end I had some painful abdominal bloating. This was on 75 mgs. But most people don't have as bad sides as I got.

Plus test is awesome, also, the weight gain on test is a bit steadier, so therefore less obvious. On hdrol I blew up 12 pounds in the last 2-3 weeks. On my first test only cycle I pretty consistently added 2 lbs a week. Making the test much less obvious. If you were worried about that.
 
If you can get test, use test. Then when you want, throw in an oral or another inject.

The world is your oyster... enjoy it.

this is huge! it sounds ridiculous but i work in an office environment where nothing u do goes without being made fun of relentlessly. if i blew up quick, i could only see it now, "don't let this kid have anymore of the donuts!"

i'd much prefer a steadier rate. not to mention that just seems a bit more thorough as far as growth is concerned, blowing up quick sounds messy. you're selling the test factor well... no pun intended.

hah things like this get me pumped for a cycle ^^.

like i mentioned test would be more fun too, hdrol u just pop a few, i do that with supplements already, test would be a whole new experience in a lot of ways. i knew you guys would lean towards the test, i think i just need this push lol
 
Question here is though, if you don't want to gain fast, why not just stay natural? Do some DAA erase stack or something just to give you a small boost?

What are your stats?
Height weight training experience and age?

by fast i just mean a lot of bloat, excess fat, etc. my diet should prevent a lot of it but still a worry. i think a better way to put it is i want things to go faster but in the way i want it to. this isn't possible, but i'd like to hit my desired mark as best as i can.

i've been dedicated for about 3.5 years and things have slowed down immensely, ntm motivation starts to falter a bit. as someone who digs lifting an ass load i've obviously always been curious about da' juice and i think i'm dedicated and mature enough to take it to the next level and feel that it'd give me the pep i want. basically, i want to get bigger faster, but not looking to add like 30+lbs (i'm sure that will change eventually :P).

age: 26
height: 6'
current weight: 195 (on bulk, put on 15lbs in past 3 months, looking to hit 205-210 by Jan., be a full blown fat ass)
experience: 3.5 years strict

oh, and i've used DAA/erase and DAA/triazole with caloric surplus... didn't see much different than what i normally gain

It'll make you sleep well. Back to the point, I was always on the fence about breaking natty, but for the goals I had I just decided to go all in (after a lot of research) I went with halo because it's arguably the most mild and added stano week 2 to make sure the lethargy stayed away, next spring I'll probably roll with epi and stano but after a work related injury and a year of recovery and losing all my strength and size, this final week on cycle I hit 295 max squat and 305 max deadlift and I'm up 15 pounds while thinner at the midsection. Boom! Good luck with any decision my friend and run a log I can follow!
 
OP you got most of your stuff backwards. Test E has less side effects. Hdrol has much more, and tbh, i would go with the real juice, not some designer oral steroid that wasnt good enough to be pushed out on the market. I ran hdrol up to 100mg a long time ago (if you dont do atleast 100/125, your wasting your time and money you put in).. bad headaches, horrible backpumps, lethargy out the ass, zero sex drive, etc...testerone will make you feel really up and good all around dude.

Also, ill save you some money if you want to listen. Drop either the clomid or nolva, its not needed. If your doing nolva which i suggest, run it 10 first two weeks, and 20 second two weeks. Anything over your not going to utilize so essentially your throwing it away. Cycle Support is fine for beginners,but youll be better off and get a lot more for your money if you buy herbs individually...here:

Hawthorn extract (not the freeform), for your kidneys & blood pressure. coq10 for the heart. Omega 3 for your lipids. Milk thistle, alpha lipoic acid, and dandelion root for the liver. Milk thistle and ALA are musts if your going to cut back. ALA does a lot of things milk thistle cant, but I dont have time to go into detail. And get a quality multivitamin. This is all you need. Also get an aromatose inhibitor.. arimidex. Aromasin is a steroidal inhibitor. Has more unwanted side effects from taking too long such as you will become more prone to develop male pattern baldness/receding hairline for one..

I typed all this **** from my phone, I didnt read any of the posts except yours, so I suggest you apply what ive layed out for you (for the most part, you still have some learning to do).

notes taken. i actually have done much more research on injectables than ph's. i just recently have been exploring info on them and have been misguided quite a few times between what reps recommend and what real dudes like yourself recommend. i've always been more interested in doing test as a first cycle and from the way it seems thats the mindset i should remain in.

thanks for the input, keep the gains coming! i'll def run a log on here with whatever i end up choosing once i finally get everything in order. it'd only make sense since i've been getting a large majority of my info from this site for the past year.

i'll be doing test i'm sure. so many turn offs about ph's, they just seem so much easier but itll worth going with the injects. but if i do i'll definitely do a full 12 weeks. i might have to keep snooping sites since what i'm looking at is $47 for 10ml. then again my friend just got some test cyp from a dude for $95 for 10ml haha. i was all about joining in until he told me the price.

Yeah brother, a lot of misguided information out there, sometimes by people who parrot others and sometime its given like that on purpose (elite fitness is one of these money grabbing boards..) Im not saying that the wrong information is 'completely' wrong, half the time it can be somewhat right in a sense, but totally uneccessary as there are problems that will arise, much better options, and less money to be spewed out.. Gotta be able to sort through the bull**** and facts they dont want you to know about. This goes for training, dieting (bs about 6 meals a day, for one..), anabolics (doses, etc..), The list goes on brother. Shoot me a pm if you need anything else
