Most likely since there is a thread on the USP Forums regarding the 2nd beta test. If they dont conduct the beta i dont see how they could release new flavors prior to that (Since they usually follow a beta, IC Release, then release to public)

Just from what i have seen from them in the past. Could be wrong...

The upcoming Beta Test will be epic. Chocolate and Vanilla were epic. its only going to get bigger and better when USP drops the upcoming flavor.

Casey is on vacation in the Bahama's i think from seeing his Instagram updates. SO he is having a blast out in some beautiful weather.

It always sucks taking time off but when you get back to it your body will thank you. Totally rejuvenates you and often gives you some "noob" gains off the bat. Gotta love that
 
Invest in Vitamin C, double dose your multi and drink some green tea. Not to mention utilize some variety in fruits for anti-oxidents (Blueberries/strawberries)

I was in Erie today it only about 35 mins away. I worked down by the Bay front for 7 years. I thought you where in Pittsburgh?

Nope i live in Erie bro, right by McDowell high School.
i use to work on the bayfront for 2 years at the sloppy duck.

My mom works at Community Blood Bank off 26th and Peach downtown.

I used to workout at the Best Fitness on 12th street. Nice place lately just been working out in my basement since there's no where out where I live
 
why dont you all come to hawaii so we can body board and jump off a 30 ft rock into the ocean.. and the weather is just perfect, and then we can all grub some real food.. haha..

The previous owner "Jack Sullivan" Who won Mr Pittsburgh in 2011 opened a new gym on 38th and greengarden called Real Training and Fitness
