First week is going by too fast, been semi busy with some things but not enough to keep me out of they gym!!
Legs/Back
Leg Press: 100x 12, 12, 12
Calf Raise: 50x 12 70x 12, 12
Seated Leg Curls: 50x 12, 12, 12
Leg Extensions: 50x 12 40x 12, 12
Back Extension: 80x 12, 12, 12
Cardio:
Biked 3 miles
Tuesday Cardio: Swimming laps for 45 mins.
Alright so after monday My knee decided it wanted to start hurting me.. very bad! I figured that swimming would help it but it did no such thing, maybe made it a little worse even. I did manage to do leg presses.. but it looks weak from what I'm used to.. before I stopped I was pressing 230! At the same time though these are all resistance machines I'm working with now anyway.
Proud that I've had the motivation to do some cardio and will continue to go to the pool or beach and swim on my off days, including weekends.
