well just happened to drill out a small back workout with arms tonight
did straight sets with superset arms here at home will get back to my y tomorrow for another 5/3/1 squat session.

lat pulldowns 3 sets at 30/20/25 -55,70,80
underhand pulldowns 3 at same same

21s for three sets 45 lbs ez curl
one arm curls 25 -30/20/15

bentover row 3 sets 30/20/10-45,70,70
one arm rows 3 sets 25lbs

tricep pushdowns 55,62,70-30/20/25
skullcrushers-3sets-55 30,25,20

hammer curls 25 2 sets failure
balls out straight arm curls 55 to failure to finish

pf3+ pwo before
pf3+leucine(2scoops)+creatine (3 grams) afterward.

traps still hurting alittle but they are tender from the pounding I gave them so its all good. everyone is killing it . Kenpo and Reggie especially you guys set the standard dudes! i'm gonna be like you when I grow up!!! lmao! ya'll have a good one check in tomorrow.

nothing I like better than to have to wobble out of a gym after a killer leg routine. I must have had 14 pounds of blood in those things when I got done. heres the way it went down-

rolled my scrawny, wobbling ass out the door. coolest thing was there were two 18 year olds on the press with two plates on each side working out while I was on the leg extension machine and they were about to clear it and I told them to leave it and put on 4 more plates. that made my day!

hurt the shoulder again today throwing trash out of the truck this morning. just twisted it the wrong way and man the pain I got. called the chiro for an appointment tomorrow to see if she can once again work her magic. ice, anti inflammatory and pf3 cocktail of (creatine, leucine) heat tonight. I am no stranger to this.
 
Got an update from tjhe doc.shoulder pain is overtrained biceps and tricep pain is overstressed traps.
Never would have thought that in a million years. She just said to rest them and they should be fine. Thank the Lord for that. I couldn't stand being sidelined for another fall bulk season when I have put on all this work.

Good news. While you're resting you can plan the bulk cycle.

I heard the same news basically from my dr when I went in for my elbow pain. He said to rest it up, which honestly for me is just not happening.
 
yeah we don't listen too good do we! I was in all kinda so pains this morning around 3 . always seems to hit me right before I wake up at 5 and I never get back to sleep fully so my rest is suffering quite a bit. did get a good nap in on Saturday and sunday though with it raining .
 
going in for chest today . i'll see how my arms feel after this 5/3/1 bodybuilder second week on chest. upping the weight 5 lbs this week per set. no arms this week gonna give them the whole week off just use them where I have to. i'll post tonight let everyone know . haven't changed anything as far as the diet goes just cruising. oh by the way got some great comments from the friends on the night out Friday! Gotta keep adding to the swell! PF3 for me!!!

I haven't worked out with that much on chest ever! Mainly because of no partner,so got a guy to spot me but didn't need it. Thanks anyway didn't know if my shoulder would take it.

Chest volume is killer here. Nice work old brother! Lol Tylenol or Ibuprofen? Isn't Tylenol for pain only?

I guess I can go collect scrap metal to make some extra cash! dive on iron brothers looking good.

no this is the third week following the program you sent and the rep range was as it is seen.i didn't go to failure on the last set on this because I really watch my back when lifting. I don't need to hurt something and screw up the rest of the year like I did last year ' I was out till January. I haven't explored it more yet just added the bodybuilder assistance training. My back is hurting bad today really tight which is usually the case after a hard session. I do go all out on the assistance work though. this program is so cool its like you don't seem to be lifting that much but the next day it really lets you know what you did. thanks for telling me about it.

if I get to get everything I need which isn't looking to good so far. we have ahad a really bad year financially and just don't have any spare money like we used to. three kids and all. I know everyone is feeling the pinch these days .

I know this feel. I only have one boy, but he is expensive. Hockey gear will be purchased soon, and that stuff is pricey!!!

Take your time. I still have half a tub left and still dosing 2 scoops per workout.

Oh wow, hockey gear! I started playing in 1st grade and played all the way past college. I don't know how my parents did it, stuffs expensive

I like it. Noticing some lean mass and leaning out. I've dropped a couple pounds but my appetite is never ending. It is worth the investment but I wouldn't run bio gro with it you may not know which one is working.

Hmmm that is true, looking to just maintain so I am hoping to recomp and stay the same weight. Does the leucine make any difference or no?
 
not really sure about that . I got it really late so I have only been on it for about two weeks maybe. things usually take a bit to get going in your system and everyone is different with absorbsion. I have been having bicep and shoulder issues on my right side so I have been training lighter not trying to stress them out too much. So on e one point I can't brag or degrade the recovery of pf3. before thought I was able to get right back into training the next day with just slight soreness in the trained muscle group from the previous night. so as reggie said pf3 really shine in that department.
 
tonight's workout was short but sweet. hammered out a leg workout without squats because we have some people who thik they own the ****ing equipment in the gym and like to spend the whole day there evidently. the last two times I went on Monday this same dude is on the smith doing chest and he stays on ti for an hour but all of it isn't training its mostly talking **** with other guys takeing 5 -10 minutes rests in between sets. I mean come on dude have some respect . they don't have a rack so the only way to get squats in is the smith. so I guess iwill need to keep my leg workouts to my work gym where I can usually get them in without any problem. Ok enough bitching on with the task at hand.

not my best but the shoulder kicked in and I am not going go beyond the point with that and really screw something up.

been taking the PF3 religiously pre during and post with my leucine and preworkout
and with meals twice daily on off days.

this week will be hell at work with six days straight so I will get in what I can . after this week things get back to normal (or as norma as can be with some much need time off for hunting on the 16th. about at the bottom of both my tubs at work and home but plenty of leucine left since I got it later than most I may have to review it separately after I am done with the pf3. I am very excited about being chosen as a rep for another company and can't wait to see what sis in store for us. Mans sports has been great to work with and there products are top notch, love th gameday too. have a good night fellas!
 
I know what you mean about the smith machine. Same thing would happen at my gym and the was no rack either do if I wanted to squat I would put a 45 on each side clean and press it then put it on my shoulders and start my squats. Not a lot of weight but I just did as many as possible with 4-5 sets

thanks . i am gonna be down for a while with my shoulder being injured . i need to take at least a week from any upper body training which sucks but it idon' stop now i am gonna screw something up premanent . as much as i love training it is going to be hard to not grab the dumbbells and do curls or presses. i am goning to keep up my leg training at least 3 days a week just focus on seperate parts and get them rocking . this may be a blessing in disguise. my legs are by far my weakest parts so i can wreck them for a week or so and see what happens.

Never used their stuff, definitely going to have to check them out!

They are still opening up new product lines as we speak. I am going to do the right thing give everything they gave a go with cycles that way I will have rwalworld experience with our products and have a better understanding of how the body is effected by them.it should make me a better rep for the company and help it grow. I am really humbled to have been chosen and I want to do my best for them.
