Ok guys yes i read 100 threads with same question and replies but hey everybody is not the same right ? Im 6.0 210 pounds have been working out for a while just couldnt do really good diet because when i do i guess im doing it extreme and burning the protein. Im thinking of doing anavar cycle to add some size and cut some fat or wellbutrin to hold my cravings on diet.. What you guys thinking ? Thank you for any advices.

You're pretty high in bodyfat brother. There's no real excuse for not having a good diet. Anavar only cycles seem like a waste to me regardless, but if I were you (and I was once) I would focus on a strength circuit and hiit cardio.

what they said... HIIT is your friend now.

Anavar wont help if you haven't been able to help yourself naturally.

You should cut bf then run a cycle or you're wasting time and money.

Thanks guys have been doin hiit for a while seems like its not working for me.. Actually im gaining strenght and size little by little but fat seems just not moving no matter what i do for last 6 months so im a bit exhausted and need little motivation. I dont have big bodybuilding history actually.. Just started e year ago

you can't do both - lose a sizeable amount of weight AND gain mass simultaneously. Gotta tear yourself down before you can build back up man...

was cutting like couple months ago, doing morning cardio and evening lifts on very though diet = 3 pounds of tilapia, 1 mid sized sweet patato and greens . After 2 weeks when i see i already lost my strenght and size i didnt wanna do it anymore and when i released myself from diet, everyday was cheating day till today lol.. ( the pic i took yesterday )

we're all here to help man. honestly, I would just stick to counting cals. if you weigh 210 aim for about 2100 a daty, combine that with working out and your body has no choice but to shed the extra fat. take a look at my '5 year progress' thread in the pics section, I was in your exact shoes not that long ago.

^^This. You don't have to eat the same rough meals all the time. Calories are what's important in weight manipulation. Get the protein in and hit your daily cals with that same HIIT stuff and stick with it this time. You'll be happy when you see definition. Don't sweat losing a little strength, it happens.
