Caz gets grumpy when n00dz aren't posted lol
Bad news guys. For the past day or two I've been bloated and constipated. I'm going to assume this is due to me switching up my diet and well long story short....today I sh!t blood. Just fired down some milk of magnesia in hopes of curing the constipation. Going to lay off the halo until my body is back to normal. Not very happy but hopefully I'll be able to continue in the next day or so.
I'm sorry to here that but you know that's not from the Halo right? Not to get to graphic, but I'm prone to constipation and take fiber daily which helps a lot.. The blood is probably just from pushing too hard and the hard stool.. The first time it happened to me I freaked out and ran to the doctor, as long as your not still bleeding you'll be fine but you should start taking a fiber supplement now..
What kind of fiber supplement do you recommend? Also if I'm off the halo for a day or two will my system still be saturated with the compound when I start back up up? I don't want the last 10 days to be a waste

Day 10: Crushed legs today. Front squats hack squats and leg press felt phenomenal. I didn't want to quit today. Added about 25lbs to my hack squat. I'll post some pictures later tonight.

Day 12:
Felt awesome training legs today. Happy that I was able to rep out 410 x6 for a few sets. Still not much weight gain yet but there is plenty the of time for that. Eating more liberally now but trying to keep it clean.
Day 16: Massive pump today hitting back and a bit of Bis. Doing some light cardio as I type this just to expend a bit of energy so I can actually sleep tonight. Feasting on food every day yet looking leaner. Loving it.

Sorry guys, working long days at work and havent had enough time for updates. Every day is a frantic rush but I'm still hitting it hard. Not much weight gain yet but I bumped my halo up yo 100mg so let's see where this goes.

Day 23: Shoulder day. It feels as if my recovery time between sets is lessened greatly and my endurance is through the roof. The dermacrine seems to really be helping with lethargy and mood as well. Weight has remained the same and for the remainder of the cycle I'm gonna slam calories and do a short dirty bulk. Normally I wouldn't take that approach but It seems I can eat a sh!tload of calories now without gaining much bodyfat.
Good work and results in here. I just read through it all and will follow until you are done. Keep it up!
Thanks for the support man. Each day I feel like I'm growing. While I have put on a little bit of body fat, I'm still up 10+lbs and I believe most of it is lean.
10 lean lbs is always nice!!! How is your strength?
Day 30:
Feeling great in and out of the gym. Recovery time still great but I've decided to take the day off from the gym. Starting to get burnt out from all the training so I'll take today as a nice reset day. Weight is still sitting at around 177-180. Hoping to use these last two weeks to put 5lbs on the scale.

Day 31: Great chest and tri workout yesterday. 205lbs on decline press felt like nothing. Energy and focus was through the roof. Best I've felt in the gym in quite some time
