i propose a 20 yard rule to encourage people to pick earlier, otherwise those who wait till last minute have an unfair advantage.

example: danb picked cutler 302, i pick cutler 303, someone comes at last minute and picks cutler 304....since danb picked cutler 302 i would have to pick cutler 323.

this would reward picking early, imo!!!

Fair play for losers is to ensure there are no losers. I've heard of coworkers telling me about their kids soccer/T-ball leagues that don't keep score and give medals/trophies to everyone.
