One day post 9/11. There's an eary lul in the air. The weather is mild, a bit damp and somehwat dark at the 9AM hour. Kind of gives you the chills. Woke up, popped a Lean EFX, chased it with water and headed to work. I'm loving the tightness I'm getting. The last two days the product placed me in a feeding frenzy.
Here is a list of things I ate two days ag0:
Breakfast: Sausage, Egg and Cheese Croisant
MId Day: Peanut Butter Sandwich on 2 slices Wheat
Lunch: Bowl of Chilli, 2 slices of wheat bread
Lunch #2: 3 Slices of pizza
Snack: Peanut Butter Sandwich on 2 slices Wheat
PreWorkout: 1/4 LB BLT, Half Large Frye
Yet I still killed my workout and was feelinmg hunry. It was insane. Yesterday I almost mimicked the day eating but it was half the amount of food. I'm not bloated and feel as lean as I was last week if not leaner. I'm getting nice results and I'm losing more and more specifically on my lower abs. I have a positive outlook on thew end result. I also did some ab workout before leaving the house to begin my 12hr shift. I'm working on standing abs with the wheel of death. I plan to workout tomorrow and hit deads and squats together. Until tomorrow.........................
