HokiePride BF is on fire w/ FORMUTECH Lean EFX/Natural EFX

One day post 9/11. There's an eary lul in the air. The weather is mild, a bit damp and somehwat dark at the 9AM hour. Kind of gives you the chills. Woke up, popped a Lean EFX, chased it with water and headed to work. I'm loving the tightness I'm getting. The last two days the product placed me in a feeding frenzy.
Here is a list of things I ate two days ag0:

Breakfast: Sausage, Egg and Cheese Croisant
MId Day: Peanut Butter Sandwich on 2 slices Wheat
Lunch: Bowl of Chilli, 2 slices of wheat bread
Lunch #2: 3 Slices of pizza
Snack: Peanut Butter Sandwich on 2 slices Wheat
PreWorkout: 1/4 LB BLT, Half Large Frye

Yet I still killed my workout and was feelinmg hunry. It was insane. Yesterday I almost mimicked the day eating but it was half the amount of food. I'm not bloated and feel as lean as I was last week if not leaner. I'm getting nice results and I'm losing more and more specifically on my lower abs. I have a positive outlook on thew end result. I also did some ab workout before leaving the house to begin my 12hr shift. I'm working on standing abs with the wheel of death. I plan to workout tomorrow and hit deads and squats together. Until tomorrow.........................

Nice on the squat. I am the same, low weight high reps and very deep. I started putting a 5lb plate under heels and I feel more of a quad burn
 
Good night your warm is what most guys I see in the gym do for one rep max!!! Awesome lifts brother! You are the machine that never seems to stop!

I do the same with plates under the heals. I do 5 sets that way then do my last drop set flat footed. I love my quads, they are shaped nice. I have done plates under my heals for about a two years now and have seen the most growth from that.

I do my quad and hams on different days.

So sad to see this come to an end! What an awesome product! I will give a full synopsis of my thoughts on this product!

I will continue on with my prep for the 100% Raw Meet in November! My hopes is to walk in and bench 440/Dead 550 (previous meet PR)

Volume was crazy and it felt awesome! I couldn't believe I was able to pull those pull-ups off! My strength is crazy and climbing! I've experienced a decrease in Bf which enabled me to pull my bodyweight! Formutech has a very good staple! I plan to use it again in the future as a stack! Full Review coming!

When u do military is it to front or behind?

Great numbers though.

I personally started dosing 1 lean and 2 nat on empty stomach for cardio. Definitely like it, not overpowering but I am also stim tolerant

I am hoping you meant the opposite? Lean EFX Refined would keep me up pre bed. Natural though is golden pre bed.

Whew, missed my original planned review. I apologize. Wife went in for emergency C section and it has been hectic around here ever since. I owe you a final review and boy is it a great one. I'm putting it together so you will see what I think of the product. Its definitely has given me a boost in performance as you will see in my final workouts.

FINAL REVIEW OF THE LEAN EFX AND NATURAL EFX STACK: Courtesy 02Sixxer

I had the elite privilege of running these two products concurrently. I ran them for a total of 30 days! I have experienced great leaning affects from these products. Although I didn't any pictures specifically I can tell you I have lost enough to make a difference in strength. Most people who utilize a fat burning product are on a cutting phase. I was on a recomp. not trying to lose weight per se but reduce BF%. I don't have true numbers but I have noticed changes in many areas I had trouble losing BF in due to these products. My physique has changed aesthetically and physically! I lost BF in my chest, legs, lower back and belly. I have more to lose but very little due to these products. I definitely would have thoroughly enjoyed running them for 8 weeks to give a better assessment. This has still given me a drastic change ahead of many other products I have tried in the past. Being 6'5" and the weight I hold, it's amazing I carry it so well and have as much muscle on my frame I have achieved. This has only enhanced my physique.

I would suggest using them as a 1, 2 punch as opposed to either alone. I have taken Lean efx in the morning and afternoon and Naturlal Efx in the evening and before bed for best results. I tool them on an empty stomach. Others have taken them along with meals so I can;t speak on their affects taking them this way. I never experienced any jitters, no matter the time of day taken. I did experience I heat sensation like my body was on fire every so often minutes after taking Lean Efx. It didn't bother me too much since I knew the effects would ware off shortly but wow.

I would highly recommend these products to anyone looking to recomp or lean up for a comp. There is no question they do what their supposed to do. In the future I would utilize these products again to complete my recomp.
