Article: 1/3 Of The Planet Is Vitamin D Deficient

Haha! Our diets have us short of all sorts of things! That mag. being one of them. Not to mention iodine, gut bacteria, and systemic enzymes!
Any who...
I think we need some mad "D"! I wouldn't hesitate to take a daily dose of 5000iu. It's great for immunity, hormone production and regulation, daily mood, energy levels, and even does the dishes!!!
Note: always take your fat soluble nutrients (like mr D) with a meal!

Yep.. depending where we live etc... but if you use scale to weigh your food and follow your macros; it's easy to get everything within a daily healthy range for vitamins, minerals but because we slave ourselves in the gym or whatever we're using up more than the average couch potato - so it might be a good idea to supplement with certain things .. Ubiquinol @ at least 200mg daily is one my top supplements. Vitamin D I need to try few other brands as I feel no benefits from it yet, but it's probably the cheap brands I've been buying.
