Have you searched the forum at all for other diets and supplements that we recommend to people?

You havent given any info on yourself which does not help us help you ASAP as you want.

What are your stats? What do you eat now? What do you train now?

More importantly What do you think you should be eating?

At the bare minimum do a little leg work before you come to us asking us to help you.

Some more information would be useful. If you just want to put on size then you need to eat more. The best way to get in more calories quickly is to supplement a healthy and balanced diet with protein powders. You have multiple flavors to choose from between iForce's Protean and Isotean line.
