Got my blood tests back

Took a blood test to see where my testosterone levels were. Everything came back normal but on the low end IMO. Any thoughts or suggestions? Should I seek a endo?

What was your Vit D level? Some people have low(ish) T due to low Vit D levels. If that's you, the problem is easy and super cheap to fix.

TBH, that's just one of many things that could be your problem. If you've got a GOOD endo, they could analyze the issue much better. But, I would be very hesitant to go on TRT until everything else as been tried.
 
Man, and I thought mine was low at 427. I'm 31. Sorry bro.

You can seek an endo, but they likely won't do anything at such a young age unless you're in the 200's.
 
Thanks for the replies guys. I'm curios as to why everyone says treat TRT as a last resort. I guess I don't understand the dangers if I qualify for it.
 
Another user posted a good study of Clomid being an option for upping test levels in low T patients, instead of TRT.
The dose they were using was 25mg ED.
You could try a Clomid for 4 weeks, and then get another btest.

TRT is for life. It usually has a pretty steep copay and can reduce your fertility. If you can fix your test levels any other way, the cost and side effects are much better.
 
Thanks for the replies everyone. I almost feel like there isn't a way to kept my test naturally elevated forever know what I mean?

Yea I keep hearing that I just don't understand how everyone is getting clomid haha

They get it from the RC's....and there is absolutely no way to know if its legit or not, other than if it gives you the usual side effects. You sure as shyt ain't getting a "womens fertility drug" from your doc though, that is for sure :D

RC? Sorry I'm somewhat new to this site. I'm assuming most do give legit stuff at least I hope lol

"research chemicals"....you know, the stuff you are supposed to use on lab rats or whatever.....liquid products.....that you "accidentally on purpose" swallow. I think the majority of the stuff is bunk....but there are people who swear by it.
