Updating my MAN CARD with MAN Sports PF3

Curious, do those hit only the rear delt?
 
Day 8
Plugging right along with the help of PF3. Woke up this morning feeling good once again. Trained back at home today so was only able to do DB work, but was still able to get some good work in.

Lots of isolation ITT lately. What ratio of DB vs BB would you say to typically use?

Just depends on whether I can make it to the gym or not. I usually don't do a lot of BB work unless its squats, rack pulls or deads . I will switch between BB and DB on chest days and only have DBs at home, so again it all just depends on the situation.
 
Day 9
LEG DAY :dead1: Had a really busy day leading up to the gym today. I painted two purple rooms back to white, which took 3 coats a piece and haul away a bunch of left behind furniture. No a.c. in the property and it was hotter than hell in there!! Hit the gym after already pretty beat. Took 2 scoops pre training today just for s and g's didn't really notice much of a difference for training, maybe worked up a little more of a sweat. 1 scoop intra and 1 scoop immediently after. Mixed my leucine with a little gatorade and it mixed up fine. Think this will be my go to from now on for it.

Definitely experiencing doms today. Had to also get out of bed in a rush around 3am to go to the bathroom. Possibly from taking 2 scoops I'm thinking, as I've noticed others are reporting that as well. On the positive side I have really noticed my muscles are looking much fuller and my wife says I'm looking more muscular (she actually said more beastly lol)

I'm dropping down to two scoops during my deload week and am experimenting with 1 scoop post-workout with creatine and the Fermented Leucine, and 1 scoop with dinner. I'm not pushing hard this week, so I figured I'd use it when I really need it!

I've been doing 1 pre, 1 intra, and 1 post but upped it to 2 scoops pre 1 and 1 yesterday. Going back to original though

Haven't hit the gym yet. Wanted to do some heavy back training but pretty damn sore still. I just finished ripping some carpet and vinyl out of a trailer for my landlord. Took me about 3 hours and I worked up enough of a sweat that I dropped almost 3 pounds. I'm going to make some supper and hang with my little girl for awhile and cool down. Have to go back down and paint 2 rooms and then will see if I can muster up the energy and willpower to get there tonight. At the very least I will train at home later tonight if I have to.

Naw back was last night I was just so damn tired I went to bed instead updating my log. That's a combo that I've wanted to try for awhile though. I know some guys that train back and chest same day and get good results.

I heard that as well but I've always been a body part a day type of guy.
 
Girls are amazing too. I really didn't care, as long as they were healthy. I do have to admit that when we found out that we were havin twins we were very scared!

I'm sure! Mine were all a handful by themselves 3 will be an interesting year for you my friend ;)

Either I was taking a low grade whey or the PF3/Fermented Leucine is totally legit!! I am defenitly putting on some lean muscle. Recovery obviously has been great and just feeling great overall. Trained chest at home tonight.

It's crazy because the whey was from a very reputable company. Could PF3 be the next big thing???

When you started PF3 you weren't using any whey right? I've been on PF3 for 2 days with no whey and I already feel and look less bloated and more dry, was this the same for u?
