MON: : back and bi

TUE: : chest am / later+reardelts +tricep

WED: legs

THR: back am /upper chest mostly flies

FRI: shoulders

SAT: arms

SUN: off

this is what i cam up with i have the capacity to train twice a day on certain days. is there anything i should switch around add more (i dont want to reduce). legs being a strong point and me not being a tall guy they allready dwarf my upperbody measureing 29 inches. let me hear the suggestion people !! thanks ceepitreel

ps am on heavy anabolics and slin muscle recovery isnt a concern to me
 
does your back or leg day include posterior chain work? namely some variation of deadlifts or hamstring work? if not, throw some into your "arms" day
 
5 upper body days... 1 leg day... Your legs aren't that big.
