Ahhhhh another good combo coming your way! MANned up for PCT. I wanna thank you all for jointing the ride and for MAN for hooking it up. I've been waiting for the right time to use my MAN Nolvadren XT, now it is here. NXT, PF3, Xtend, fermented lucine, creatine, jack3d micro and sns DAA.... That should be it for now.

I've decided to dose PF3 post and at night, lucine post and midday. Had a weird side effect the other day... Have yet to pinpoint the culprit buy I became light headed, disoriented, and violently ill throwing up. Only thing that was different wa the lucine and PF3.... I did have some real old food the night before which I can't see taking that long to react. My pre was MAXBULK, 2scoops Jack3d micro, 1scoop PF3, 1/2 scoop lucine... Intra Xtend & 1/2scoop lucine... Seems my post workout shake got me.. 2scoops protein, 1scoop PF3, one scoop lucine.


Where did I go wrong and that is the reasoning behind my choice of dosing scheme, advice? Bring it.

pretty intense side effect from something. if it was food poisoning, youde probably be sicker and sick longer. what youve described is not consistant with everything i know about pf3 and fermented leucine, and none of the testers have reported any of that though the other users arent taking everything else you are. perhaps the addition of pf3 improved the absorption of everything you were taking it with. . i take alot of supps, so sometimes im in the same situation youre in and i have to guess at the culprit. i dont know whats in everything else youre taking, but i hear lightheadedness reported with preworkouts alot, often from caffeine intake. you dont have any beef or vegetable allergies, right?

I am taking the minimal doses of everything. I am starting off without a preworkout supp tomorrow. Just little by little to make sure no negative sides.
 
Quite the PCT cocktail. Hope your Discomfort is only temporary.
 
In bro! Ya it's hard to say what caused the issue. I haven't noticed any stomach problems at all myself.
 
Not using a pre really had me dragging.

Pre- DAA + BetaAlanine.

Xtend- sipping pre/intra/post

Post- bought shake at gym(forgot shaker) and added 1.5 more protein, PF3, Fermented Lucine & Creatine.

Well this is weird... I just got back in truck and remembered I separated the lucine and PF3 aside the protein and creatine... I wanted to eat food before I tried it. With that being said I just put it in my water bottle and slowly sipping it. I will have a accurate account of the products effect in a little while. Thankfully ALLNATURAL asked that question


Using both unflavored. Little sweet so far.

Here's a couple of pics of aftermath. Lucine doesn't mix well... I've seen this with another well known BCAA so I expected it. The PF3 foam is interesting... That is a weird feeling drinking that last little bit.

Here's morning after workout photo. 186... Down a few pounds after the stomach issue I've been battling the last couple day. At least I have gotten my appetite back.

Good to hear that your stomach issue has gone away plus you got your appetite back, that's great time to get anabolic as hell:)

Yeah cause I'm not trying to loose weight. I am looking to tighten up. Using the NXT in conjunction, with PF3 should pair up nicely. I was going to use PXRT I just couldn't get my hands on it without the wife busting my chops.


I am interested how effective this will be for fasted training. I will change my dosing once I get use to the effects. After hearing that while taking a preworkout it my be intensified, which I believe was the cause (or the PH, which yesterday was the last day of.) I need to evaluate how to break the fast and not mess up the gut. I have been using Jack3d micro, I will use only one scoop next time. I feel that sipping the intra with the extra lucine is over kill, with that being said 1/2 scoop xtend and one scoop Fermented Lucine should be good enough.

Now back to work

I have been trying to lower carbs and eat more protein. I was monitoring my meals for a week and over 50% was carbs .. With fat and protein about the same. When I shifted those numbers around to more protein I jumped up almost 2 pounds while running my last log, MaxBulk. I wish I would have focused a little better on diet. I had some help with the diet so I should be gettin better.


Had some unneeded carbs this morning but I was trying to recoup from that stomach bug and bread, bagel, always makes that better.
 
I've been low carb, high pro and fat for awhile now......definitely got some recomp going on

Just finished first job so I got a glass of Ice water and tried to mix the grape... Not so good, probably needs a good couple of shakes but just used straw. Very nice flavor reminds me of a grape sweet tart.

Ill give it a thumbs up on the flavor but mixing not so good.... The little bits that don't mix when you get them in your mouth its tarty for sure.

Some of those, congealed, did break up a little.

Pour it in a little at a time and stir the entire time. Mixes up perfectly that way. I start stirring before I even start pouring.
 
After eating tonight I had 1scoop candy grape Pure PF3 + 1scoop fermented leucine.

Gonna be a good night. My daughter is cheering with the high school girls.

Seriously, seems like everyone is using his method lol. I still just pour it in a shaker and shake the hell out of it and usually is all good :)
