Just got myself a bottle and just thinking what is the best dosing? Was thinking 4 preworkout and should it be taken on nontraining days???

I'm almost done with my second bottle of XF. I train 3 days on 1 day off so I just basically dosed 4 caps every morning before I went in to lift or treadmill![]()
How were the results??
I still dont understand why i dont seem to be able to keep the strength gains i get ony ArA. Doesnt make that much sense if someone looks up the way it works but still hits my everytime after stopping my ArA runs. Thats the downside of this stuff for me

Excellent. Weights went up. Reps went up. Basically, very noticeable increases in intensity for all exercises. Highly recommended.
Did you notice body composition changes?
:/ the original was better without the omegas in it. Either way Ara for a 2 month cycle is the gains.
im running XFA at the moment and the results i get is definetly awesome. really impressive muscle size for 1 month run, haven't finish my first bottle though .
the most impressive thing is the strengh gains that i get from ArA . legit stuff you gona enjoy it .
i'm dosing it 4capsules pre workout 3 -5 times a week.
also you should look into GMS and L Carnitine to stack it with. to maxmize the ArA .
