Whew buddy, did I hit legs. That was some intense shizz! Also, I need to lay off this heavy squatting lol hips are still tender and sore. Next week ill probably move into 70% of my max and just aim for sets of eight.

Squats- 135x5x2 225x5 275x5 315x4 (stuck here dang it)
Donkey calf raise- four sets of 12
Leg ext- three sets of eleven
Lying leg curl- four sets of 12
Hack squat- 45x6x3 (four seconds down, two up - focusing on TUT)
DB stiff ham- 20x10x3 (focused on the stretch at the bottom)

I got a video of my 315 set, ill get it uploaded soon. The pump I had from volatile was awesome! It most definitely has a cumulative effect, because the pump has become more prominent. Used a rounded scoop, from the look of my tub I have one more session (chest/bicep day ;) ). The fruit punch flavor hasn't gotten old either! Usually I'm tired of the flavor (particularly the fruit punch) by day four lol

Glycomyx is gluten free Tyga. Just a heads up. Congrats on the GF diet. It's how we were meant to eat. Gluten and milk just doesn't bode well with our digestive tract.

I mainly took on the gluten free because I have an auto immune deficiency (psoriasis) and has clear up considerably since I started!

A bunch of different flavors! There made by blue diamond and out of almonds. I bought sea salt And sour cream and chives... Man were they good!

I am not fully gluten free, however, I feel much better the less gluten I have in my diet. Most people don't even know how bad they bloat and feel till they don't have any for a few weeks. Then once they go back it hits them.

When I order pizza, buy bread, or snack I alway get gluten free.

I stuck to a lot of rice and potatoes as carbs, and use gluten free bread most o the time. I believe my Ezekiel muffins may have se gluten but I still eat them a few times a week.

Similar boat. I have Celiac Disease. I couldn't eat gluten even if I wanted to :(.

Ya that sucks. I don't even miss "standard" bread(s) anymore. There's so many gluten free options out there (although a bit more expensive)

Yeah they are a bit more pricey, but worth it. I love my gluten free Breads. I really wanna try paleo wraps. They are made from coconut and supposedly pretty good.
 
Also tyga, food for life makes wraps that are almond and rice based. A little meal I like to make is.

Shredded chicken or pork with Paula Dean sugar free BBQ sauce, a little cheese of your choice, and make a quesadilla with the BBQ and tortillas . Then I mix the BBQ and a little plain Greek yogurt to make a dipping sauce.

I like volatile. I haven't use it in about a month. But love the pumps, focus an sustained energy.

I've got three days left of pct and I'm going to keep clomid at 50mg, no taper. Balls are roughly 95% back, full and hanging lol have no sensitive nipples, lumps and or fatty discs. Energy has been great, still killin it in the gym as well.

I'm still down ONLY five pounds, that's 13 and some change I've kept thus far.
 
Like a wet dream - awesome. Only thing I regret was not being able to spend even more time with her there. Despite all the eats my bf def didn't go up at all - I actually looked leaner around the belly if anything returning. Even though the food wasn't clean, I kept casein & bcaas around my meals & the total calories/day was probably less than usual! 3-4 meals/day vs 7 gives you a lot more wiggle room, macro-wise. I was looking good for the beach sunday too with all the carbs & max pump thru the day.

Did you go up to north shore and look at the million/billion dollar homes? Lol rediculous. Eating what you want and waking leaner? Can't beat that my man!
