So I showed my gf the pics you posted wednesday...her exact words were, "Oh my God, that insane. His skin is paper thin!"
It wasn't a positive comment (to her), but she doesn't realize how extremely desirable this is from our perspective - & she quickly conceded how incredible your conditioning is. It really is FREAK status big guy.
I think you've got this thing on lock.
ahahaa, cool hyde thanks man
glad I could gross your gf out
you are oozing confidence.
thanks Canada! I am very confident you are right - not cawky, simply confident
very good feel right now, on all fronts
Starting a slow cut myself here on Monday to get things back on track bf wise. Those pics were just what I needed
gracias mi amigo
when I can inspire, I am very pleased! thanks for this
okay so up this morning here pretty early, had to get my training in and prepare/pack food for the long day of travel/2 VS demos scheduled..will be my last day of travel before I drive out to Pittsburgh in ~1.5 weeks
my goal to this point was to be pretty much show-ready ~2 weeks out mark -- mission accomplished! now we just maintain the process, and everything continues to get better and better; no adjustments are needed, and if they are, I already know the small ones I will make...my problem a lot in past was getting to this point to begin with; then, the few times I have been here, if I have extra time I tended to play and tweak things, my ever-experimenting mind wanting to tweak sh1t just not being able to control myself, to learn a new experience.. I guess in that aspect, it was good because it allowed me to experience failure in the process I attempted, so I learned from it; conversely, the things I did that DID work out well, I learned I could incorporate that too
but there is the essential difference between now, and then: I realize now, I just need to maintain consistency in the process, rather than trying to squeeze more leanness out, or get more dry looking..i could compete today and feel pretty damn good about things (well, maybe not for this show, but any other show I have done - this one requires a bit more fine-tuning, and total utilization of all time available to me to finish things off correctly)
but yeah, feel extremely good about things, confident, mentally I am on point and not a psychotic mess, physically I look and feel great, and my outlook refuses to accept or acknowledge any negativity..it is good times indeed
weight ~187.5 this morning, so I went up ~1.5lbs -- this, after a low-carb day (160g)..was kinda waiting for this to happen
training is all set-up for duration, including off days and full rotation into final week change in protocol..seemless transition
diet is pretty well self-sufficient
posing is immaculate
some recent food pics, dinner last night and breakfast this morning
