I read that Ancient Strength works best when combined with Creatine Monohydrate.

But would it also work well is combined with Creatine Kre-Alkalyn?

edit: i just looked it up. its a creatine blend with 4.8g of monohydrate in it. theres no pointin adding more monohydrate.

but theres also no point in buying that product either. creatine monohydrate is the only form of creatine with a huge amount of studies backing its effectiveness. doesnt mean its the best, but it is the most studied and trustworthy. and its probly the cheapest supplement u can buy. you can get enough for a year straight for only $20

So that 8 bucks and change per quarter.. I would have to agree with it being the cheapest supplement ever, I hope that never changes l.
