i just want to get the best out of this halo extreme cycle, when it comes to this cutting session.
i am going to be finishing off cyanostane rx cycle tomorrow, but i will be going on some antibiotics for the allotted time. i was thinking of being off of prohormones for about a month and then go get some blood work done and go from there.
i am currently 5'4" and 162 lbs. i was trying to cut on the cyanostane rx, but i think i recomped by accident lol. so i ended up gaining that 2 lbs and looking leaner.
i am going to be training 3 times a week with weight training, 2 times for the week with HIIT and i was thinking of including at least 3 days of LISS for 30-45 minutes. I tend to train in the morning with weights, and thinking of doing the cardio in the afternoon.
currently, i am consuming 2000 calories. i think with the increased physical activity, i should start losing some body fat steadily.
i am also doing intermittent fasting, high protein, moderate carbohydrates and filling the rest with fat.
i was thinking of doing the halo extreme for 6 weeks, at 50/50/50/50/75/75
remember i am female, so i am thinking at 75 mg, i will be seeing some serious stuff lol.
any input, suggestions? i have ran halo extreme at 50 mg for 6 weeks already. didn't get any sides, no enlargement of the lower region, so was thinking 2 weeks at 75 mg, may be a new sweet spot for me.
