Nah man I'm here in Bama been here my entire 33 yrs of living lol and I haven't seen this much rain in one year as we have had this yr. It's insane!

Solid session wasme. The speed work on hypertrophy days is to help develop explosiveness. You want to apply maximum force and focus on moving the weight through the concentric phase of the lift as fast as possible. Working on explosiveness should be beneficial for your power days when you add some weight.

No problem man. If you can't accelerate through the entire concentric movement explosively, you'll know that it's too much weight. I don't know the details of PHAT, but would personally try to stick with whatever's recommended.

Well today marks the end of PCT. Was an excellent ride!

I will keep this log going till I head to NYC, as it will serve as motivation to test PHAT out good. Upon my return I will be starting G8/BCAA-SAA from Finaflex (sponsored log). I do not imagine I will have the products before I head out as it always takes longer to ship to Canada.

- Excellent workout, my arm pump was insane. I would have to say one of the most painful pumps I have experienced. Curious if I had of been using MaxPUMP or High Volume.

Had dinner out at the Keg Steakhouse last night, was delicious but with sides/bread and so on not the best for my diet. Did take two anabolic pump caps before going though.

Going to a family bbq this afternoon. Going to really try to keep my eating on the cleaner side.

I am going to run few things but no logging. Don't feel like I can consistently log at the moment. Just hanging around right now.

Wasme awesome leg day brother. I haven't done stiff leg is so long. Im prone to using the Trap bar. I hit 505 in 12th grade on trap bar. I'd like to see where I can go this year. I've been feeling weird lately. Like really lethargic.

You are probably feeling lethargic from Reaper.
 
Pretty much yes. There seem to be different schools of thought. I keep seeing Stiff Leg being done - to the floor; and Romanian to just under the knee and then back up.

Ah. I've always done them to the floor or at a deficit. I just wanted to see if there was another exercise I hadn't heard of...

This is what I thought, which begs the question, how do you do Romanian deads from a deficit if you only go to mid shin and back up?
I guess it would be stiff leg deads from deficit, and romanian deads are about equal to rack pulls, except you don't set the weight down

I am thinking you are right on that one. But many schools of thought seem to have SLDL and Romanian's as the same thing.

Today marks the end of the 2nd week on this routine. Starting to really enjoy it. The pump on hypotrophy days is pretty sick. I have 2 power days over the weekend, then off to NYC for 3 nights.
