TheSwanks thank you very much for allowing me to try and run this. It has really helped me a lot. I'm def going to be buying a new bottle and keep using till next month when I ship out and again in December when I come back because I know I'll be hurting lol.

Nah man thank you for letting me try this. Next year I'm sure it will show up at the bodybuilding supplement of the year in the joint category and it will def get my vote.

Just wanted to do a follow up to this.

I been running a second tub and doing 4/4 caps a day. And FIIIIIIIINALLY the pain on my shoulder and forearm is COMPLETELY GONE! Last week I already had no pain what so ever. And I'm very very happy about this.

I leave for basic training tomorrow at Fort Benning and I really wish I could take this tub with me just to make sure my body doesn't die on me. But I'm not allowed to do so will be very careful everyday during PT and try not to get hurt. Will be back in December and will finish up my second tub.

Thank you again Swanks for giving me the chance to try Flexible last month I was very pleased and happy with the results and that's why I decided to stick with it for a 2 month run.

Good luck in basic, brother. Savannah in August isn't going to be too fun to run around in. Lol
