Hi Guys,


Been cutting 6 weeks now. Have seen reasonable weight loss but think im hitting a plateau.

I havent increased cardio or decreased kals during this cut yet.

What are your opinions ?

Im taking in 2150 kals - Taking in 240g protein, 170g carbs, 60g fat, around 2180 kals a day.


Can we have no one stating dont bother cutting please, i just need advice.

This is my first show, doing naturals, lightweight, im 12 stone now and 6 weeks out.

I wouldn't want to go much lower than what your in at the moment so I would increase your activity level. Add in some fasted cardio in the morning and a day or two of HIIT and go from there. If also throw in a fat burner like vanillean, alphamine or ECA.
 
Just lower calories with mostly cutting carbs down and just do a once a week re-feed after your biggest workout
 
This was my thinking, I'd rather increase activity and still have a decent amount of food. I'd cut cals / carbs last, maybe a few weeks out.

Agreed, right now im takin the daa, fat burner, 15g aminos, empty stomach, and about to hit the rower right now haha!
