I would run it on cycle and then drop it in PCT...your e1 and e2 levels should be pretty close to physiological after about a week off.

I dont usually unless its absolutley needed...

If your e levels are in normal ranges it can speed up recovery...

Thats why i like to use exemestane during cycle that way theres no fuss with tapering off an ai like adex or letro or worry about rebound

I'd use one just to b safe, exemestane fur sure.
