help with pct?

Have erase by pes, revolution pct black, and DAA

which one or what combo should i take as a PCT and how much of each?

6'0 at 175 lbs, and this will be my first cycle on Havoc by RPN

Take it all lol and get a serm.
Daa standard 3 grams throughout
Revolution pct black as directed
Start the erase in third week of pct so 0/0/3/2/2/1 although I've been reading that sense erase is a suicidal ai you may not need to taper. I could be wrong about that so if I am someone poke me in the eye please lol
And pick a serm and look up dosing yourself lol

Hey now read my first post and be glad I wasn't feeling like being a ******* lol I helped a little and then encouraged you to do some research about serm dosing... and please use a serm its just safer lol
 
And if your gonna be a d1ck around here you need to pass the test first. Which you haven't so shut your pie hole
 
Lol no need to be a smartass. Being a noob your always going to be given a hard time to some extent. First off you need a serm. This should be the base of any pct. secondly you need an aromatase inhibitor which you have in erase. Third you need a decent test booster which you have as DAA. This should suffice for havoc as its pretty mild. The harder the compound the more time and money you need to spend on pct.
 
And I really don't think we were too bad on the guy in the first place considering what I've seen done to some of the less fortunate "tell me how to pct" posters lol... I don't think anyone would have had a jab at him if he had at least attempted to post some sort of dosing regimen that he planed and asked for a critique lol.
