Msten by assult labs. Pct question

I'm about to take assult labs msten. I bought rui liquid tamox for my pct. Is that going to be fine to use? I have read some things about people saying it can make your problems worse? I also will be using cycle assist and pct assist for this cycle. This is basically my first real cycle. I took m1d a couple years ago but not religiously.
 
Use the tamoxifen. Get a natty test booster like the aforementioned DAA or something like Titanium, and probably ought to have an AI like Erase or Formasurge.
 
How does one know how much tamox they should use? Is it a ratio based on the PH one ran? I've been researching this, seeking out a PH run for my first run, but just wasn't sure how to apply the SERM properly, that is, how to arrive at the necessary dosage.

It either seems like it is a 2:1 ratio, or 1:2 ratio.

Would you happen to know of any documentation or literature that sheds more light on this?

I appreciate the reply and I should have stated that I am still researching, as I'm still gathering information.
