What is your favorite cheat meal?

taco Bell?
oh lord i would never eat there... thats processed grade D meat, literally could kill a cat and eat the cat and it may be healthier..

Old G/F use to work there, lmao she had quite some stories to tell.
McDonalds anything like that.. i would not eat.. everything is frozen and imported and just re-heated (not cooked) the amount of preservatives has to be horrendous.

Nope, not TB. It's a homemade taco weaved out of bacon.

I keep looking for some good cheat meals.

I came across some dude on YouTube who calls himself Chef Bob.

All of his recipes contain either gluten or dairy so I can't eat them.

Chef Bob sucks. ;)

I liked the fruit tart from wegmans so much I decided to make my own!

You know. i have always seen those but never bought one. Are they that good from Wegmans?

They're pretty good yeah. The one I made was way better though. Topped it with freshly made whipped cream too!

Whats the base like yogurt?
and the real bottom is like a shortcake cup kind of?

Shortbread crust, base is cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. At least that's how I made it.

Having another piece. Covered in fresh whipped cream and blueberries

****ing cookies and cakes

No way.. this beats cookie dough and Caramel?

Its caramel ice cream with caramel swirls, fudge swirls, toffee bits, and brownie chunks. The base flavor is like the copper kettle caramel just with more add-ins... but not like the ben and jerry's "everything but the kitchen sink" with chunks that are frozen solid and ruin the texture, the add-ins are actually good together and only add to the texture. Hard to compare to the cookie dough though, that's a class unto itself. The only other thing that even comes close as far as flavor goes is the B&J "peanut butter world".

I started making my own ice cream to tweak the recipes (fat free version, different flavor combinations, planning a high protein low carb/low fat version) but its just not the same... yet.

I think the only thing that can come close to topping 2nd street is frozen custard from a place like Sheridan's. I don't think its a nationwide chain, but I highly recommend their chocolate "concrete" with peanut butter swirls and butterfinger bits. The only downside is its almost too rich to have as a regular cheat meal.

Custard > Ice Cream. The overlal flavor because of how its made will be superior. We have a chain in PA called "The meadows" its honestly to die for.

Just started keto diet this week. Think I'm gonna enjoy this.

If your not gluten intolernat carbs are very protein sparing and play a crucial part and have a ton of vitamins/minerals.

There is not much science or research to honestly back Keto -- just my 2 cents.

Finally found a place that sells 2nd Street. Got the Copper Kettle flavor and it was amazing. Would never have tried it if not for this thread. Thanks!

Now go back and get the cannoli flavor!

These are some great cheat meals that we have listed so far. I really enjoy most of them. I just had a great one last night. I had Popeye's Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and veggies. Great meal I topped it off with some hot sauce and honey to spike my insulin levels some. It worked out great. Who doesn't love fried chicken?

Actually I am pretty gluten intolerant, never got tested but since I stopped eating gluten I have been feeling way more energetic, and have less stomach issues.
