damn im out the lifting game for at least6 months. as im typing this im sitting at palomar hospital with a broken femur doc put a rod through my knee into the bone. crazy huh.

I wish i had a cool story but i dont..... i was on a foot race with my 10yr old (hes a quick little s o b) soccer player. any ways i was pushin hard when i lost my balance and my right leg kicked out infront of me along with all my weight an momentum and snap! we both heard it he said he thought i stepped on a branch lol
 
Holy **** man ! That's gnarly as **** from just running around. Sorry for your misfortune but damn that's not normal. How old are you? Now I'm alil freaked out cus I still bounce around like I'm 16 and can still take it.

make up a better story. like "yea these kids were teasin my wife so i told them to back off or ill recycle their faces. i didnt know there was 50 of them though. good thing they were only 10yo, or id be dead."

or "yea some 10 year old punk slapped me in the nuts. so i grabbed him and went for a punt, but his hard-ass skull cracked my leg amd broke it"

lol serious!!! i guess the only supplement ill be taking is calcium and vitamin d. ima cycle that **** and go hard son!!!

Always loved DT, even from his Alabama days. Still have my 1991 DT jersey in my closet.
 
Is it going to come out once healed or stay in? Got a rod in my forearm last fall and wish I could get this thing out. Causes alot of pain and discomfort

ill find out when i see my doctor on Tuesday they will test for bone density and some other stuff too
 
Right on. Keep us updated on that , freak stuff like that interests me since im prone to crazy shlt myself. Good luck with the healing process, hopefully you'll come back stronger.
 
came back from ortho doc today and was told that he put 13 inch titanium rod. for the most part just a clean/routine surgery. will take about 4-6 months recovery. hopped up on norcos and cyclobenzaprine :) that's about the only good
