Optimal is going to vary from person to person. I like to keep my peaks around 900, and troughs around 700. Swanson on the other hand gets bad sides when he gets above 800. I went from 75 e3d because of high hgb and hct to 50 e4d. I just overshot it a bit. It takes some time to get it dialed in. This dose should be perfect...

Damn I've got a lot to learn, it seems difficult to get it just right. It's like a form of art.. Lol

I'd also add it's important to CARE. TRT isn't a prescription cycle, it's regulating hormones that you'll need to regulate for the rest of your life.

I see so many approach it as if it's some magic fix, only to find out it takes some willingness and education to optimize the therapy. Or think they'll get a mini-cycle out of the deal...but those people likely f.ck up real cycles with their half-assed attempts anyway.

I think the injection on my brachialis is starting to take hold. Minimal pain after golf yesterday.

Today is db bench so it'll get a test.

I suck, but did chip in for a bird from 40 yds. I used to be pretty good, now I have a baseball swing instead of a golf swing.

When I can get the club face square, I can hit irons and woods a mile, that only happens about 30% of the time...
 
I'm a medium iron guy. If I had to play a whole round with one iron, it'd be my 6. Love that club.

I'm the worst driver EVER. No loft, and I can count on a solid 200yds. Maddening.

I got a metal 7 wood I hit anywhere from 200-270 if I catch it. I hit the dam thing farther than my 3 wood.

I could play 18 holes w the 7 wood, a putter, my sand wedge and a 8 iron.

I have a labral repair scheduled for sept 7 that as of right now I'm going cancel. It would set me back about 7-8 months on my squat and dl.

Squat right now is at 381, dl I'm just doing baby weights - last dl day work sets were 245 and I'll increase weekly. I've got to take it slow w the dl - that's gonna be the hard part cause I know I can do a lot more. I don't want to aggravate my hammy, it is what it is.

Other than that all my parts are working fairly well...

Lol, mountain bike racing was the cause of a few surgeries, and I've been to a volcano in the Philippines.
 
Think that joint supp is helping the shoulder?

I might combine it with some super cissus to try and stave off some other joint issues, hoping it'll help the wing as well.

In all honesty no. I don't think anyone's put out a supp that will un-tear labrums.

I do think its helping my everyday chronic aches and pains though...

Well, 3 sessions w no hammy problems. I'm going to just keep adding 10 lbs/week for now. Added 5 lbs to the pendlay's, and did a little more volume w the shrugs. Labrum is bothering me today from the db's on weds. Gotta keep an eye on that.

All in all another good week...

Ok, so we dropped 4 smoke bombs in this hole at the front of my neighbors house. We covered up the hole w a garbage bag so the smoke wouldn't get get out. Then, we dropped some huge firecracker, smaller than an m80 but still pretty big in. Mulch was flying everywhere. After that, we flooded it.

If there were any rats in there, I'm sure they got the message.

Now I'm having flashbacks of caddy shack...

Nope. Come to find out my neighbor a couple doors down found a big dead rat in their driveway a couple days ago. They saw some smaller ones the next day. We're hoping the dead one was the mommy and we are trying to kill the babies...

Total test today was 966, E2 pretty stable at 26.

I don't like the hack squat, right MCL was hurting today after hack squats BUT wasn't hurting when squatting. So, back to narrow stance 5x10 w like 55% for now. Squats felt good, bar speed was good, kept chest up.

On a good note, since my injection, my brachialis pain has gotten better by about 75%. Not back to normal but a hell of a lot better...

No work today so I got in early. I don't like training early in the day, but I got a good session in. Db bench feels ok, the thing I'm noticing is that my pecs are plenty strong to move the weight but my stabilizers are what's weak. That's why I need a lot more reps w semi light weight. I think my pecs could easily move 80-85 lb db's, but the stabilizers no way. Oh well, I got nothing but time.

Good day, now lawn work and maybe beer.

And I gotta take my car in too...
