Haha yup LI born and raised I like to think I'm an exception to the stereotypes but who knows. Those are all gym numbers cant brag too much all under perfect circumstances only hit a few times. I'm 3 weeks till RPS HeatWave July 13th looking for 1505 raw modern so well see how it goes. I haven't been on here in a while bogged down with work glad to hear it healed up though. See you just put on gear how's it treating you.

The gear is so so. Can't fit in my DL suit so I wore briefs until the other day and I wore my squat suit, which is the same cut but looser in the hips. Raw is a meet pull, 525 conventional, pulled 560 sumo. Raw squat w/ wraps was an easy 550, hit 600 in the squat suit. Once I get the groove down I expect to get some more poundages. I have a crap bench shirt and weak shoulders...**** it. After my Sept meet I'm goin raw again unless I get a bug up my ass to go multi ply.
550 squat in just wraps is legit! There is a few multi ply guys at the gym I'm training at I don't know how they do it. It's definitely a skill you'll nail the groove down and smoke some. Where is the meet in sept?
The meets in Merrick on Long Island at crossfit strong island. 220 class, I definitely will bastan isn't too far. Right now I've got plans to move into an anatomical adaptation phase after this meet get everything healthy and then start building up for another meet probably a little more drawn out then my last 2 mesocycles. Competing as often as possible to get some experience. I'm just starting to train with PL as my goal. I trained with bodybuilding in mind for a long time but realized standing on stage in underwear wasn't what I wanted to do. I'm actually training right now for the first time in a PL gym so it's nice to have a comp bench, mono, SQ&DL bar, a coach and a whole crew behind me.

I have the same suit, it's a NXG+.Was just saying in most cases.Not always. Titan's single-ply suits don't have thick straps. I have an old suit of theirs that I use on occasion that has straps roughly the same width as a singlet. With Ronnie's suit, you'll notice that he had trouble getting the straps up on his own because they don't have much elasticity like a singlet does.

Bodyweight is 211-212. Consistent with 1lb a week. Slightly more vascular. Alphamine rocks. I'm not as wired from it now, but the thermogenesis is still there. High carb day today. Qdoba taco salad and 3 tacos, steak, bag of sweet potato fries and more

I take 3-4 minutes between each arm. DB rows and GMs are the two accessory lifts that take the most out of me.
My wife just mentioned I smell like it recently and read a couple diff places a while back that it may do that.
How high did you dose it?
