Days like this make me wish I just ate as much as possible and chose to stay raw. My bench press sucks. Got a deal on a RageX and it's on it's way.

My ear is still jacked. Been ringing all day and my equilibrium is a little off from it.

Haha yup LI born and raised I like to think I'm an exception to the stereotypes but who knows. Those are all gym numbers cant brag too much all under perfect circumstances only hit a few times. I'm 3 weeks till RPS HeatWave July 13th looking for 1505 raw modern so well see how it goes. I haven't been on here in a while bogged down with work glad to hear it healed up though. See you just put on gear how's it treating you.

Where's the RPS meet at? Weight class? Good luck man. Let me know if you ever hit up another meet in the Tristate/New England area. I'm around Boston now.

The gear is so so. Can't fit in my DL suit so I wore briefs until the other day and I wore my squat suit, which is the same cut but looser in the hips. Raw is a meet pull, 525 conventional, pulled 560 sumo. Raw squat w/ wraps was an easy 550, hit 600 in the squat suit. Once I get the groove down I expect to get some more poundages. I have a crap bench shirt and weak shoulders...**** it. After my Sept meet I'm goin raw again unless I get a bug up my ass to go multi ply.

550 squat in just wraps is legit! There is a few multi ply guys at the gym I'm training at I don't know how they do it. It's definitely a skill you'll nail the groove down and smoke some. Where is the meet in sept?

The meets in Merrick on Long Island at crossfit strong island. 220 class, I definitely will bastan isn't too far. Right now I've got plans to move into an anatomical adaptation phase after this meet get everything healthy and then start building up for another meet probably a little more drawn out then my last 2 mesocycles. Competing as often as possible to get some experience. I'm just starting to train with PL as my goal. I trained with bodybuilding in mind for a long time but realized standing on stage in underwear wasn't what I wanted to do. I'm actually training right now for the first time in a PL gym so it's nice to have a comp bench, mono, SQ&DL bar, a coach and a whole crew behind me.

haha thanks man, I found out I was 1lb away from the state record and didnt even know it...I'm butter about it. My meet is the USAPL Boston Open, there's an RPS in October. I'm down to drive South..I have family and friends down there still. I'm a solo lifter and would be cool to meet up with someone at a competition. Anyways, good luck with your meet and training, glad ya subbed...post up how ya do man!
 
Ah that's horrible I would have lost it. I did the APF Spring Iron Frenzy in April and not only did the meet run 15 hours, my last deadlift attempt was at 1225 am and I was the 3rd flight out of 4, but they mis loaded a raw SHW 700+ squat attempt and also forgot to tighten down the clips on one attempt almost lost the weight. Where is the meet in October?
 
That sucks dude. The RPS is Oct 12 in Everett. I forgot if you have to qualify for that one or not. There isn't **** in MA for comps. That's why I'm doing the single ply USAPL. So I'm looking around the CT and surrounding areas afterwards.

Ill check it out October may be too soon but well talk ill let you know when I'm looking at my next after this one in July. We didn't have too much on Long Island either pretty much only APF cause Shawna Mendelson, the chair lives out here but RPS just set up shop and I've heard good things.

Looks like a good day. Gear definitely increases the recovery, keep in tune, bruh. I bled from the face the first time I squatted heavy in my briefs.
 
My hips are just ultra tight from Monday. Had trouble opening up today and just ached a bit. My ear is still messed up so I had all sorts of pressure makin her pop.

To anyone that makes fun of people that wear gear and don't go raw...**** you, this crap is uncomfortable lol

Not always. Titan's single-ply suits don't have thick straps. I have an old suit of theirs that I use on occasion that has straps roughly the same width as a singlet. With Ronnie's suit, you'll notice that he had trouble getting the straps up on his own because they don't have much elasticity like a singlet does.

I have the same suit, it's a NXG+.Was just saying in most cases.

No way I coulda ripped up 22 reps like you Rodja. Had to take a 5 sec breather after 15 and got sloppy
 
Bodyweight is 211-212. Consistent with 1lb a week. Slightly more vascular. Alphamine rocks. I'm not as wired from it now, but the thermogenesis is still there. High carb day today. Qdoba taco salad and 3 tacos, steak, bag of sweet potato fries and more

I take 3-4 minutes between each arm. DB rows and GMs are the two accessory lifts that take the most out of me.
 
Forskolin-95 has taken its course.

I now smell like maple syrup. I knew fenugreek makes you smell like maple syrup but I swear the fskin is also.
 
Forskolin is one of my favorite ingredients. Never noticed that phenomenon though...next time ill will smell myself a lot :D
 
My wife just mentioned I smell like it recently and read a couple diff places a while back that it may do that.

With the 95% I did about 30 mgs twice a day. Really don't need more than like 52mgs a day at that percentage. I've seen no reason to dose higher.
 
Gotta add, do 2 months or more as the studies on weight loss took more affect in the longer range of use.

Although it is good for more than just that.
