k so took a little break, joints were getting progressively more and more agitated to the point where I could pop my elbow and knees repeatedly.
and today I woke super early (dog wouldnt stfu), had to go to a dentist appointment, then my moms car had a screw in the tire so I spent like 2 hours at discount tire before I even had a meal for the day.
(I promise this is going somewhere this isnt me just whining)
so I was exhausted, mentally and physically. but for the save of the log I decided to go to the gym anything. 1 heaping scoop plus 1/3 of a scoop in like 4 ounces water. mixed with a straw and drank it (just got my teeth cleaned remember)
ANYWAY
I got to the gym and I was feeling meh

so I go to the rack and set up some rack presses

got hit with all this energy
I had never done rack presses before and I was just worried that my strength was going down so I incorporated some powerlifting methods AND I felt thats a portion of my chest I could bring up to get a nice full look

I am writing this 5 hours later and this is probably the best run of it yet. still a little tired mentally but I could go for a run and be just fine. I like that, sometimes its fun to walk or job when you are brainfried so I might just do that to relax.
