Hey so I just got done making my second video for iForce, and here i go into how I prepare my food in the offseason.

In this vid I share my strategy for preparing what seems like a LOT of food and calories and protein, in just 15 minutes. I hope you all enjoy let me know what you think and any questions that you have!

This is going to sound pretty silly, but I've never thought about throwing a couple tbsp of olive oil on diff meals throughout the day. Very informative all around and great vid.

I do coconut oil or MCT oil.
 
No fruits or veggies Dave?

I have 2 different fiber supplements that I use, I also get a lot of fruit and fiber from dried fruits and nuts
but no im not a big fruit/veggie eater in the offseason, its somehting im working on. Contest time I eat a lot of both!

Its an easy inexpensive way to get a lot of cals

I do coconut oil or MCT oil.

I use coconut oil in my coffee every morning... more on that in another vid :)
