IForce Conquer 30 days of fruit punch slam

you are in for something special ;) been enjoying that stack for the past 2 weeks now...epic

The focus is the best part. The mind-muscle connection is really incredible stuff. I've taken focus products before but I've never really felt anything. This?? Oh, I feel it.

It's looking nice in here, OP. Glad you're enjoying Conquer and that you're seeing results with your workouts.
 
Didn't mention - Pumps were pretty much the same with the addition of Hemavol. I'm thinking 2 scoops Hemavol 1 scoop Conquer would be sick. Trying it on Friday.

Basically what I do, except 5 tablets of hemavol. I prefer the pills :)

2 updates in one .

Used Conquer as a pick me up around 430 am. The biggest thing was the energy was very smooth no jitters. Some pre workouts when taken as a replacement for coffee get you real jittery but not Conquer . Concentration and focus at work was very good .

On to gym session yesterday :
Destroyed legs

High rep Squats , heavy low rep leg presses and ultra high rep calf raises. True test of a leg day is if your limping the next day and I was .
Good endurance and aggression during squats. 1.5 scoops is the spot for me .
 
1 scoop . Killed upper body . Obsessed with traps . I'm gonna train them 5 times a week all summer.

Nothing really new to say about Conquer . Still performing great . Not being a fruit punch fan I'm getting a bit tired of the flavor . Mixing with Hemavol lemon makes a nice tart flavor that I really like . I'm sure the raspberry lemonade conquer would be much more up my alley. If you like fruit punch its the best I've tried though.

110 lb 6 reps 3 sets

135 lb each side
3 sets 8 reps

2 scoops today no Hemavol. Felt good not stimmed out at all . I haven't noticed a extreme difference between 2 scoops or 1.5. That translates into a great value at 60 servings.

1.5-2 is definitely the sweet spot. Like you, I don't see much of a difference with those amounts.

PS, I liked your comment about taking Conquer on an empty stomach vs a full stomach. Great observation.

How are you liking the taste so far? Im not a fruit punch guy...but this one is one of the better tasting fruit punch that I've had..

Double update .....

Yesterday did 1 scoop . Had a decent workout . Basically got in did what I needed to do and bounced.

2 scoops this morning was a different story. I had great energy and really good focus . Hit 245 on the incline for 6 reps 3 sets .Then burnt out with 35 reps of 135. Pumps were very intense .

Went light on flat bench - 3 sets of 225 for 8 reps. Still no jitters or stomach issues .

Logs winding down getting my final review ready to go.

My Conquer final review

I'll go through and rate each aspect of this Pre workout and how I used it and the results I experienced.

Energy - 8.5 at one scoop. Conquer gives a smooth energy that never gets on top of you at a one scoop dose. I never had a jittery or over stimulated feeling. 2 scoops is very intense and I wouldn't do that often. I say most will find 1 or 1.5 scoops more then enough.

Endurance - 9.5 Conquer really helps you work out without fatigue setting in. On average I was able to do much more effective sets then I normally would. Conquer really stands out here.

Pump - 9 at 1.5 scoops . I had great pumps from Conquer. Working in the 8-12 rep range they were fantastic. Adding some simple carbs or taking on a empty stomach the pumps were generally equal.

Strength - 9 This ties into the endurance increase. I was stronger from workout to workout. I wasn't taking any creatine before so this makes sense.

Focus -8 I had decent focus. It wasn't this crazy tunnel vision but it was effective enough to keep on task.

Mixing -10 One of the better mixing pre workouts I've tried. Almost no residue or sandy grit. Mixed completely every time. ( 8 oz of ice cold water in a shaker cup)

Negatives - had none. Not a single stomach issue . It didn't matter if I took it on a empty stomach , without food , a few hours after food . It made no difference. That's a big factor !! nothing ruins a workout then a run to the bathroom.
Taste - 7 I'm harsh here . I don't like fruit punch flavored supplements . It's been so over done . That being said Conquer is one of the best fruit punch flavored supplements I've tried. I was hoping for Raspberry lemonade and I'm sure that's a slam dunk taste wise.

My take :

Add Conquer to your rotation ASAP. 60 servings at 1 scoop is a fantastic value. Stacked with Hemavol and you are in for a treat working out. You will have some crazy endurance and pumps lasting all day. Conquer solo had me pumped hours after leaving the gym. I think it's a great product and I will be adding the Raspberry lemonade to my arsenal asap.

I-Force is present on many many bodybuilding forums in full force. All the promos you see here, are typically going on, on other forums as well. There are 10-15 active logs going on, on this forum right now. So we are looking at a ton of current logs. Things are easily missed.. that is why we have a solid team of reps, to cover all bases :)

Really nice final review. We always appreciate the feedback on these logs, and it looks like you had a great experience with Conquer.
 
I'm still using Conquer. 60 servings is lasting and I'm still getting the same effects . Excellent product .
